We recently had to take our car to a mercedez benz dealer for repairs under warranty, so they instead of giving us a loaner, they provided a rental from enterprise. We took the car and weknew that tolls were going to be charged, but when we returned the car, thay charged us $32.23 for tolls, which is high but understandable, what was outrageous was the service charge for $34.65! They not only make money by overcharging the tolls, but on top of that, they charge a service fee! For what? I tried calling, but, as expected, just an ansewring service, no humans to speak to, sent an email and they reply with the same nonsense, that it was on the fine print!

Recommendation: READ THE FINE PRINT!!! And have a clear understanding of this scam thay are doing with customers
