Again for the forth time

Refusal of rental after a previous reservation because I presented the joint partner debit card which we utilized to make the reservation in the first place. The manager was rude and didn't want to check out my history on the database that reflected over 30 years of doing business with your company. Please look at the previous complaint I filed. It is highly detailed.
Claimed loss: $2,000.00 Price of two airline tickets and my time and aggravation.Boarding three planes and going through three TSA lines and dealing with deplaning and walking a few miles.
Desired outcome: An apology and $2,000.00
