Let me tell you the scam that I am dealing with, on march 24 I sent to get me a rental cuz my car was totaled, so when I got to the location they got my info in arlington tx division s st location and I was told to wait, so there was a female color lady worker that took me outside to get me the rental, while we were doing the walk around and checking the vehicle for damages she pointed out a popping sound coming out from the rear door of the mazda cx50. I said make sure you make notes of this on her tablet cuz I dont want to have problems later, she said no problem I will make my note. Being in a hurry to go, never thought will bite my butt later trusting this person that I never got her name (no name tag) nor gave me a report paper about the vehicle. When I returned the vehicle 5 days later, they received it and checked it and the let me go saying everything is ok. A month later I got a bill for $1200.00 dollars for the damage popping sound on the door that they are dumping on me after the damage was already existing. Big scam people and coompany. I already serch 7 customers that have the same situation like mine in their reviews. Please be aware of this people and the way the scam customers. I went back trying to find the female person to confront her and they said that, she was transferred and promoted to another store good luck and directed me to the damage recovery unit. Scam, scam, scam... Do not rent from this location or enterprise.
