⭐ One star, and only because zero isn't an option.

I reserved a 15-passenger van from this location (5718 S Lindbergh Blvd) a FULL MONTH in advance. When I arrived to pick it up, they had nothing. Not a van, not an alternative, not a plan.

Here's the part that makes it worse: they KNEW. In the days before my pickup, I spoke with them on Monday — no mention of a problem. Then on Wednesday they left exactly one voicemail saying they needed to "grab some information from me." Not "your van isn't available." Not "we have a problem with your reservation." Just a vague request for information, with no urgency and no follow-up call after that.

Then when I showed up to no van, their defense was that if they had gotten a hold of me, they "would have tried." WOULD HAVE TRIED. They had a month to secure the vehicle, they knew days ahead there was a problem, they made one half-hearted phone call that didn't even state the issue — and somehow their failure became my fault for missing a voicemail.

Recommendation: Avoid
