I do not have a complaint regarding the vehicles at this time. I have rented from Enterprise many times over the years and have always been completely satisfied with everything — Until today.
Having your car damaged is hard enough, I thought getting a rental that insurance is paying for would be the easier part. Until you get to reservation. The young lady I spoke with was extremely difficult to understand, I am cognizant that English was not her first language, and totally applaud her for being as proficient as she was. It's just she was so difficult.
Then as I am on the phone with her, a call came in, which I ignored as I was already on the phone and didn't recognize the phone number. As it happens, it was a man calling to verify my reservation the insurance had made. He spoke English, but seemed to think he was in a speed talker contest. He spoke so incredibly fast that I could not understand him. I did not get his name, I did get Enterprise. and nothing else including his call back number he rattled off. I tried to call back the number on caller ID and it did not answer.
In the end I am sure it would work out, but adding stress to a stressful situation is not needed. Maybe just some further customer service training and it will be ok.
Recommendation: Be in a quiet area so that you can listen very closely.
