I made a reservation almost 2 months ago, for a large sized SUV and was called the night before pick up that the vehicle would not be available, with no alternative or accommodation.

I have never been more disappointed and disgusted with a company and their inept employees than I am right now with this company and you all are so very unprofessional and egregiously sub-standard, that I am shocked that you are still in business.

In closing, a pox on all of your houses... and I hope this company dies a painful death.
