As an owner of a construction business, if one our trucks goes down and needs to be serviced. We reach out to Enterprise and rent a car or truck anywhere from a week to three months. All of our invoices reflect the same price at $550 a week. About five months ago I was overcharged by $2500 for a rental we had I reached out voice my concerns they said they would take care of it. The general manager even took my business card to call his area manager to make sure that this $550 rate is applied. No one ever called me back so I assumed like everyone else in Chicagoland area. They were charge the same price. boy was I wrong, so many charges every day one day I was even charged $2200 one transaction for what I have no idea.. All of our rental agreements reflect the same weekly rate. This particular location completely disregarded to inform us as to why or we woful have returned it and went to all the other locations in Chicago, even though I called them frequently to let them know throughout our rental. And then when we return the car, it's very extremely difficult to get a hold of anybody and today. I was told that he isn't refunding anything and thats final, buddy it's our money now. Extremely rude, unprofessional, no integrity and it's disrespectful to treat a customer that way, especially if that client spends $15,000 plus every 6 months. unbelievable behavior
Desired outcome: Do the right thing and refund me my hard earned money. 5 months I have been waiting for 2,500 but you can charge me that in a day and its ok. no it is not! its the opposite then ok. It is theft.
