On wed 6/14 i reserved a vehicle for a important buisness trip on friday 6/16 i made a call around 10am and asked could i pick the vehicle up early they said no they didn't want me to have to wait long and it was booked for 12 so i waited untill 12 walked in and the customer service guy said well i have bad news there isn't a car available for you today there must have been 5 to 8 employees in the office and 5 cars in the return lane they didn't try and help in any way i asked what about another enterprise close by well i don't know sir you'll have to call around and find one i guess then a woman by the name of ashley said she doesnt think that i made reservations well ashley here's the confirmation number [protected] i was left in a pretty bad situation due to all of this but we all know it's no skin off of anyone at enterprise
