Enterprise Rent-A-Car review: Gives disabled renters the run around every time I try to rent a vehicle

They screwed up my name twice even after i spelled it out for them, booked me a car without hand controls because she apparently didn't understand when i told her at minimum 3 times i needed a car with hand control modification so i can operate the vehicle. Then finally modified my reservation to a hand controlled vehicle, but now i have to wait 2 more days in order to pick it up. Its always a hassle to rent from Enterprise. I will just go to using Hertz from now on, less hassle and less delays.
