My husband and I fly into Columbus Ohio, John Glenn Airport, go to enterprise to pick up car, discover we do not have a car because it is in Columbia SC. No SUV. Go back in line, rent a car and all they have is a sedan at twice the cost. ( now if they thought we were renting a car for two weeks and returning at Traverse City Michigan, you would think , renting from Columbus Ohio to Traverse City would be less…. No charge two thousand more for an SUV….finally rent midsize sedan … drive from Columbus to Detroit and oil/ engine light comes on… call enterprise…they only have smaller cars then the one we rented in Columbus. Troy enterprise does not know what the airport has… so we drive to airport ( 45min away) and guess what nothing… we have wasted 3-5 hours with wrong reservations and agencies that can not speak to one another. No SUV as originally reserved… then a mid size car downsized to a small sedan. Also since all satellite stores none supports the other… “not there mistake” . Right hand does not know what the left hand is doing….NEVER AGAIN…

Recommendation: Do not use… no stars
