Enterprise Rent-A-Car review: Attempted murder
I rented a car from enterprise to go out of town for a funeral. The guy at the counter was combative when I asked for a Hyundai since that is what I already drive and I thought it would be simpler to drive for me.
The junk heap they gave me was absolutely filthy with food hardened on the back seat, a sticky steering wheel, a disgusting gunked up gear shift and windows smeared with something that created a glare as the sun shone in. It stunk like cigarettes. The floor boards were not clean and had no floor mats.
I had to clean the inside of the windows just to see out. Places of carpet were coming off the interior.
As I drove I noticed that the vehicle was so very Loud! It shook as I got up to speed on the highway and I could hear one of the back tires was having problems. As I continued onward in the MURDER MOBILE, the notification came on for a low tire in the FRONT.
On the way back I had to put air in the tire at a gas station in the rain! The noise was overwhelming as I drove. The windshield wipers were not the best.
As I drove it back to the company building the shifting seemed to jolt.
The car was a death trap and I believe he was trying to kill me. I don’t know what his relationship is with his mother or grandma but it must be terrible for him to treat me, an older woman, this way! He may be a serial killer who wants women to die at the wheel. On the way back the change oil notification came on!
I was in fear for my life as I drove it on the highway.
Recommendation: Get life insurance.
