Enterprise Rent-A-Car review: Bad front brake rotors on purchased vehicle

I purchased my 2022 Nissan Altima SR on April 16, 2025. Within 3 weeks, I complained about the brakes. was told to go to Firestone Complete, and took the vehicle for a test ride in the neighborhood. Stating that due to insurance issues, they are prohibiting driving on the highway. Firestone did state the brake pads are new, so there shouldn't be any rotor issues. When the time comes for brake pad inspection, they will inspect the rotors.
The inspection was on April 25, 2026. I paid $612.71. The front rotors were in unsafe conditions. I have a picture, and it's within the one-year warranty. I request a full refund and better safety protocols.
