Me and my friend spent hundreds of hours playing a manager career on EA fc 25. We we very invested into this career and it brought us lots of joy to play it every weekend. However, after playing a different career, the game deleted our original manager career save the one we had spent lots of time on. We only had 2 careers and now we have 0. We have tried closing the game and reopening it but the damage is irreversible we can never get our saved career back. This event occurred on July 24th 2025.
Claimed loss: Our eafc 25 Manager career that we had hundreds of hours on
Desired outcome: The bug that caused the save to be deleted to be fixed or some sort of compensation because of our lost time spent on this career
