I made reservation through edreams.com and money got deducted from my credit card

i got confirmation and saw message as "great deal" and booking request initiated. I got mails after 4hrs that they need all passengers passport details. I gave and then they said that they need 24hrs to get confirmation from airlines

After 24hrs they said need some more 24hrs. I got message that ticket is unconfirmed and request is cancelled. My booking# is [protected]

It is not acceptable that you will get money from me first and then try with airlines to issue the ticket and that too if it is really needed it shall be seconds not 24hrs. Now I have to pay huge money for new reservation which i can not. edreams shall pay the ticket for what you have deducted from my credit card
