I tried to redeem my reward points for a $25 Target Gift Card. After receiving my rewards redemption confirmation email, I still haven't received the link to get the link to claim my card. All I have received in response to my repeated requests, are identical emails giving instructions on how to have a 're-send eCode' sent which just generates the same email with the same automated message.

Claimed loss: $25 Target Gift Card

Desired outcome: I would like to receive a $25 Target Gift Card.
