eBay review: Refused to credit return shipping cost as per the e-bay adv. Guarantee

I did my part trying to cancel order the next day to save YOU the Vendor the cost of processing but the return msg said TOO EARLY TO CANCEL, TRY LATER? I did and and item disappeared from the E-Bay sales list of my items.
You should not have ignored me. I now am going to the BBB and My Citi Credit Card to find out why you have not issued credit for my return postage cost as the E-Bay guarantee is stated very plainly on your Adv. If you had sent a label as other vendors do all would have been well.It is a small amout to you, but to someone on SS it is a large amount, I intend to write very bad reviews on every web site that I can if this is not corrected .

Terms of sale: FULL refund including cost of returning item. ? Why no refund of freight? You DID NOT PROVIDE LABEL FOR RETURN as other vendors I have dealt with? I return very FEW ITEMS each year. I RETURNED WITHIN THE TIME LIMIT OF TERMS OF SALE! I do expect the cost of freight returning the product.
