Good Evening, I am writing to complain about the Iced Chai Tea Latte, I bought at the Dunkin' Donuts at Dallas Love Field, TX. I purchased the Chai Tea Latte on 16JUL2022 ~4 p.m. The milk or dairy used in my drink was spoiled. The drink was undrinkable and tasted rancid. I gagged and threw the drink away before I could get to Gate #15 for my plane ride. I am writing because that drink was the worst part of my 4-day trip to Baylor University.

I should have known something was wrong because I also wanted an old fashioned donut which I did not purchase because there was a flying bug in the donut case. Also when I asked if that was indeed a flying bug landing on the donuts in the case the cashier responded, "... it probably is." There was no surprise or urgency about the response, neither was there any effort to shoo the insect or to further investigate the issue.

I lived in Massachusetts for many years and was totally stunned about the service, cleanliness, and taste of the Dunkin' Donuts booth at the Dallas Love Field, TX Airport.

Please send me a coupon to refund the money I spent on my drink.

I waited in line for 27 min with 3 cars ahead of me me being the forth then who ever was taking the order kept reasking because she was on her personal phone i get to the window its 10:30 am i give her a $100 and while on her personal phone says she has no change i pay by card no problem but my complaint starts when she gets my drink and my bacon all while on her personal phone shuts the window i sit and waite for my sons pink donut she opens the window in a disgusting manor still with her personal cellphone CAN I HELP YOU i replied I didn't get my sons donuts in RAGE she replies loudly THERE'S ONLY TWO OF US and walks away then the other disgruntled worker pipes in k roll up my window and wait for the donut then when i left i noticed the bacon smell i open the bacon and it was microwaved beyond eatable! Disgusting WORKERS YOU SHOULD BE A SHAMED

I went to the 12 South Rd. Somers CT location this morning at 8:00. I waited 5 minutes before saying something. The employee was dismissive and flip. I had to abandon the coffee I paid for or I would have been late for an important appointment. People in line were putting in orders after I did and then got their order before I did. I went back later in the day, but because I didn't have the receipt, I was sent away. I do not want a refund for the coffee. I want the manager of this location to be told about this situation.

I was robbed. I stopped at the Dunkin' Donuts location in the Tripoli Pizza store at 163 Howe Street in Methuen, Massachusetts. I ordered my food, which came to $12. I gave the guy two one dollar bills and a twenty. He put the bills into his cash register drawer then insisted that I had given him a ten instead of a twenty. I told him I was sure it was a twenty but, of course, I had no proof.

I purchsed 17.03 wort h of stuff at the drive through. They double charged me. There's no phone number to contact them. I called corporate and they do not have their contact information either. Says I have to write more here but that is it. On 6/11/22 I went to dunkin donuts and they double charged me. The phone number for them doesn't work.

I walked into dunkin at 730. Waiting to order. I stupidly stood at the counter for 10 mins waiting for someone take my order.. While one employee sits on his phone. And the other employee talking to maybe her boyfriend... Then I left.. After standing there asking for service I get a dirty look... This is wild... The 2 of them are not a good look for dunkin...

most recent issue receiving decaf coffee that had no requested caramel flavoring; also vanilla sprinkle iced donuts were placed upside down in bag resulting in all icing and sprikles being on bottom of bag rather than on donuts. these two happenings have occurred several times at store #349901 and also at the fairmont avenue location in fairmont, wv. i'm tired of spending my money and not receiving what i paid for and/or ordered. Thank you for the opportunity to comment/complain. i frequent these locations several times a week.

The Dunkin' on Baymeadows Road at Phillips Hwy. has been closed every morning when it is supposed to be open for over a week. No one is coming into work, so when you take the time to drive there on your way to work and no one is there. Not a note on the door or nothing... This is no way to do business. Have tried to find a contact number for the owner and nothing is posted at all.

On 4/24/22 at 9:00am, I attempted to get a coffee at DD in Hellertown, pa. I stood inside, behind another patron in line for 10 minutes completely ignored. Literally, not even acknowledged by the THREE employees behind the counter.

In that time only 2 cars even went through drive through.

This is a weekly event with this DD. I do NOT understand why they are still open! This has been going on for YEARS! What a disgrace!

After 10 minutes I walked out and will go to an establishment that actually wants to serve their customers!

I worked for dunkin donut for 2 weeks in the Poconos in Pennsylvania and left with no choice but to walk away to protect my health and well being from stress and fatigue. I was told by staffs there is a high turn over which have nothing to do with them as they all get alone. I witness at least 6 staffs quit in 2 weeks. There is No break and lunch for staffs because they don't need to offer that n yet manager can take smoke breaks outside anytime n on her cellphone and playing music from it as we were told not to do per employee handbook. When a 19 year old staff took a break outside, he get write up and humiliated. Management often talk bad about staffs. Another staff were force to quit because she wasn't given more time to recover from her surgery. Flexible hours means you must work at any hours 4am, 5am, 6am given to you and leave anytime they don't need you. No proper training. I need to learn on my own from watching videos on line from ex employees who resigned. Schedule is unpredictable can be change anytime. I had tried my best to work there and were complimented by customers and had received tip as large as $10 one time from one customer. One day we had a bit of snow and manager was wondering why she the only person show up. I am glad I have the strength to walk away. Underpaid. Customers complain about long wait and bad products.

On Saturday, April 9 at approximately 2:33 PM eastern standard time, I had an yearning for a latte so I said to Mr. Rumbles, my friend and confidant, Drove me through the drive-through of the Dunkin’ Donuts located inside of the Sunoco gas station at 274 Lafayette Rd., Seabrook, NH. Mr. Rumbles was driving the vehicle and therefore was the one to order at the ordering Terminal. The order was a medium caramel swirl iced latte with whole milk extra caramel swirl and whipped cream, and three jelly munchkins that we were to share. When the order was handed from the ordering terminal window By the young woman behind the window terminal to Mr. Rumbles we noticed there was no whip cream which of course is not what we ordered. As well as the missing W.C. I noticed that there was no caramel swirl on the bottom of the cup like usually is. I said to Mr. Rumbles this is not acceptable could you ask her kindly if she would mind putting some whip cream on that And I just said don’t even worry about the extra caramel swirl because it’s OK. At this point the young Individual, Oh they all appearances appeared to identify as a female but I’m not certain, Behind the terminal window Snapped At myself and Mr. Rumbles and said in my following exact words a ” Yeah I Whatever I guess so!” Kansas backHands us back a Creamed down, Over iced, caramel swirlless, Latte, In a large cup with a flat top What appeared to be a dollop only of the whip cream with out Da drizzle!

My granddaughter works at the Leesburg, VA Dunkin Donuts on Miller Drive and Battlefield. It is a new store. She has been working for Dunkin since July 2021. She is continuing to have difficulty getting paid for hours that she works. She has to work consistently over 8 hours and should be paid overtime. This has happened several times. In speaking with her Manager, she tells her today that it is not her problem. Yet she doesn't provide the form she needs to report her pay discrepancies. The store is consistently understaffed. My granddaughter is the only full time person who works there. Most others are schoolkids who work part time. She was given a shift Leader job with out proper training and only because she was available. Not that she was trained and qualified. This is a insult to her. Today the Manager tells her she is a terrible Shift Leader. This is devastating to a 19 year old who has worked hard to help this Manager and wants to do a good job. She has been on time, she has been a hard worker and she really enjoys working, and she really likes her job.. This is her first job. Her Manager has made her feel that she is not doing a good job and has berated her. She now wants to give the Manager three week notice to quit. I think someone at your office should look into this matter and ensure that she gets paid what is owed her for her salary. She should not be subjected to this kind of treatment. Her Manager is not being supportive at all. There should be someone hired as a custodian to clean the store. The employees have to clean the store and the bathrooms. My granddaughter has had to get on her hands and knees to clean around and under equipment in the store. This should not be. My granddaughter is Inayah Jamison and can be reached at [protected]. there are two managers at the Dunkin donuts located on 5200 Seven Bridge Road East Stroudsburg PA, that are always threatening their Employees, taking their tips and also embarrassing them everyday in front of customers.

I was informed that one of the Managers are having a affair with the owner of that franchise, so she gets away with all of this.
