DUexcess wrong billing

Du wrongly billed extra amount into our account and suddenly disconnected our internet and television service without warning us. du customer care service at the counter told us three days back that it is an error and asked us to ignore it. Now their customer service staff tell us that connection will be restored only if we pay the amount. They bill wrongly into our account and they penalize us for their mistake. They have done the same thing once earlier. Their service is really pathetic.

    We had the same experience!!! That's why if you're service provider is Du, always check the bill before you pay! we have 3rd party subscriptions we didnt know about . And the worst thing is they will send you the payment notice and force you to pay the amount, ----even if you keep requesting for the monthly bill to double check and it's not yet available. These people are the worst cheaters. They will attract customers by promoting cheap offers. but in the end you're paying double or triple.

    i want to go back to Etisalat, it;s not perfect but at least their service is much better than Du and they dont cheat the people!
