unjustified billing
company billed for cleaning a clogged drain. Not only Company charged a huge amount for about 10 minutes work, $225.00, but they add $15.00 as an environmental fee.
There was no spillage of dirt and no collection of any residue by company and there was no reference to any formal law or document regarding such fee.
It looks like quite unjustified. Can you help?

I have an issue that has been started since 1 month ago. The issue is my modem is showing that there is no SIM card and the 5G LED is indicating with red color. Every time I have to go to the modem and reboot it. this is happening multiple times a day and it's so annoying.

Very bad and poor customer service. DU customer care will say that will connect to an agent in 2.46 minutes and will connect after 15 minutes. Once agent get connected, they will ask the account number and dont wait for 4 minutes and simply disconnect the chat. And dont have the customer service calling number too.
I am using S23 altra phone with monthly 10GB data plan
not getting 10 GB, only get 2 GB this month

I was using 4G .since last month am getting Trouble. As per recommended by Du Team I changed to 5G plan and from the day one am not get connected and lady 4days am keep on calling them . Still today it’s not yet activated

I am working for etihad airways and bought du I phone in business plan and the bills are being paid by me and when called the call centre they refused to provide any billing information. DU servers are down 364 days in a year and their billing system is one of the worst in the world (they have TECHNICAL issue all 24 hours). One of the worst call centers in the UAE, no one will be able to solve any issues. Hope TRA will wakeup and instruct DU accordingly. my mobile number is [protected]. hope some will call to solve all my issues with DU.

After more than 10 emails ( surely same content) from customer care in Du promising ( as usual) a soon action from the billings department for their valuable customers (Joke), and after speaking with many CS agent and their supervisor, it is not more than 3 wks that my owned refund of 2000aed is been in custody in the hand of Du investors ! I am planning to be a real headache for those people using any legal right I have in order specially using the help of my legal advisor to let them pay back and not keep using my money for their own benefits... it is not a problem with some maintenance or Internet usage, they are not giving due REFUND ?
I have purchased Du Mobile USB internet Broadband. The problem I found was that it is running slow and always gets interrupted. That would be okay if the the price we are paying is cheap. but its not. plus the amount of data is limited to only 10GB..it wont be enough for a month usage..I just hope Du will improve its service if it can't cheapen its charging service..Thank you.
