billed credit card without authorization

Charges of $39.95 from this company were applied to my credit card 11-14-09 without authorization. I did not order any product from this company. I am advising my credit card company that I will not pay these charges.

Im did not authorize the charge to my credit cardmade on [protected] . and I did not agree to any automatic renewal at any time . I have written at this site twice in the last three days requesting the charges be removed and asked for a reply from you with no results.

A charge of $44.95 was billed to my credit card without my authorization. Please replace the charges back into my account. I will also notify my bank not to pay this charge. Thank You!

This is what was on my invoice. I am very upset since I have not ordered anything from you, nor have I given authorization for you to charge anything to me. Replace this charge back into my account as soon as possible, which should be within 30 days.
