DPD UK Drivers scamming 1 hour time slots and customer service do not care

If I could give 0 stars I would.

The customer service is non existence, you are not able to contact the local depot to complain to the drivers manager or to even get the name of the depot manager.

The dpd drivers in my area scamming the system by saying the parcles have been delivered within the allotted time slots then making the delivery later in the day.

Recently I paid my supplier for a premium delivery pre 10.30 got a notification at 9.55 from dpd to say delivery will arrive between 10 -11.

Then got another notification from dpd at 10.10 to say no one was in.

When I queried this with dpd customer service they confirmed the driver was not in the area and will ask the depot to contact the driver to return to make the delivery.

The staff are sending pictures of the parcles to the delivery drivers on the road so when they are in the vacinity of the address they are scanning the barcode and marking the delivery as a missed delivery.

This make it look like they have attempted the premium delivery when they haven't.

The driver never returned customer service did not care.

This cost me £600 in loss of work for that day waiting in for the delivery.

Dpd get your act together and sort your drivers out

DPD UK Breach of data protection act when delivering parcels

I have trouble with my neighbour and it is very likely that I will have to take her to court for hate crimes. I am also involved with the police regarding her behaviour. Last year, I sent a hard-copy letter to DPD informing them that they should not divulge information about me when delivering parcels. I had a response from DPD (ref 00D4KEqrj._5004KYdAqx). I assumed, therefore, that my data was fully protected.

On 11th January, I had a delivery from DPD and on the notes I instructed the courier about the problem next door and not to take any notice of her behaviour (she will shout and scream at couriers not to park near her house and will sometimes ask the courier who the parcel is addressed to and then take photos of him delivering the parcel to my home). A few days later, the neighbour came out when I was leaving and screamed at me not to tell the couriers what I had said. I would like to know how it was that my neighbour knew this. I have another delivery today [protected]). If the courier gives any information to my neighbour about my parcel, they could end up in court.

DPD UK Delivery drivers arriving into a working logistics warehouse and not adhering to safety procedures.

The Driver of the following registration ( EK72RGY) was and is constantly abusive when asked to wear a Hi-Viz vest and decides upon himself as to where he parks his vehicle.

Even after requests and being directed as to where to park safely he ignores the request which inevitably ends in a barrage of abuse.

Can we ask him to oblige.

DPD UK DPD

I live in Edinburgh and I've had just over 60 parcels delivered by DPD in the last year do you know how many I've received none even when I leave delivery instructions I still get failed delivery when I've rang customer service to have it sent back to sender they still send it out for delivery to get another failed delivery last time I phoned they guy hung up the phone mid conversation on purpose I put in a complaint never ever got a reply I don't use them atol now only writing this now as I've got another parcel coming though DPD and I can't contact the seller to cancel so I know myself I'm just going to get the same as 60 before and there is no point in talking to customer service about it cause they do nothing to fix it say they will then do what they want to after

DPD UK Poor Service & Frustrating Experience with DPD UK - A Review

! I called them up and they just kept passing me around to different people, it was really annoying. When I finally got someone who seemed to care, they said they would investigate and get back to me, but I never heard anything again. I ended up having to reorder my package from somewhere else. I'm so disappointed with their service and I don't think I'll be using them again anytime soon.

DPD UK messed up my order in a major way, it was a big hassle for me. I was expecting a package delivery and I was looking forward to it, so imagine my surprise when it never showed up. According to them, they delivered it to my address but nobody was at home to receive it. What a bunch of lies, I tell you! I tried calling their customer service to rectify the situation, but it was really frustrating because they were just passing me from one person to another, and nobody seemed to be able to help me out.

I got lucky once and finally spoke to someone who sounded like they could help me out. They told me that they would look into the matter and find out what went wrong. However, I was really disappointed because I never heard back from them. I knew I had to take matters into my own hands, so I went ahead and ordered the package from another company instead. I don't think I'll be using DPD UK's services anytime soon, and I'll be spreading the word about their poor service.

DPD UK Dpd.co.uk Lost My Parcel and Provided Poor Customer Service - A Disappointing Experience

I recently used dpd.co.uk to send a parcel but unfortunately, it got lost in transit. I tried reaching out to their customer support but they kept saying it would be delivered the next day. However, after waiting for two weeks, I decided to cancel it and get a refund. It was a waste of my time and unnecessary stress.

I was really disappointed with the service provided by dpd.co.uk. It wasn't a pleasant experience at all. I had expected my parcel to arrive on time but it never did. It's not just about the inconvenience, it's also about the disappointment you feel when you're let down by a service you trusted.

I would advise anyone to stay clear of dpd.co.uk. If you value your time and your peace of mind, don't risk sending your parcel with them. There are better courier services out there that you can use instead.

In conclusion, my experience with dpd.co.uk was disappointing. They lost my parcel and kept giving me false hope that it would be delivered soon. It was a waste of my time and I wouldn't recommend their services. Find a better courier company that you can rely on, one that won't let you down like dpd.co.uk did to me.

DPD UK Disappointed with DPD UK's delivery service and lack of care for fragile items

Dpd UK ain't the best in my opinion. They got one job and that's to get my stuff to me in one piece, but they don't seem to take much care. Last time they dropped my box and it ended up all damaged. And to make matters worse, it was a fragile box! You'd think they'd be more careful with that kind of thing, especially since there's some expensive machinery in there that I needed. I reckon they should take a bit more time and care with every box they deliver. It's not just about me, it's about all their customers. After all, it's their job to make sure we get our stuff without any damage.

DPD UK Avoid Using Dpd UK for Parcel Delivery as a Seller

Dpd UK is bad, don't use them if you're a seller. I had loads of parcels that never got delivered even though the tracking said they did. It takes ages for customer service to get back to you and when they do they never sort out your problem. They don't even answer your questions most of the time!

I opened the door myself for delivery man and he just returned my package because the lift was out of order ! It’s not fair, I had taken a day off to stay home and get my package! Divyangbhai Amin Was the name of the delivery guy who was very unresponsive

Delivery driver has told my neighbor that he had delivered a parcel to my address, as they were not in. He has not delivered it to me,and he has taken a photo of my front door,with no parcel on it. Website photo says received by Holt, I don't know what that means. I am not happy about being implicated in stealing a parcel, so,where is it?

Southall Depot is a mess. Really bad communication.Pretend they haven't got your parcel when they have, don't deliver on time or pretend that they have with fake photos. You never know where your parcel is and you are lucky if eventually your parcel arrive and hasn't been opened or damage. Disgrace.

I had to give one star to make this review but I would not even give that. Every time DPD is contracted to deliver to me there is a problem - or the parcel is dumped. Customer service is shockingly poor and fail spectacularly to do anything about it. I now actively ask suppliers not to use them.

I wish Royal mail is choosen for my delivery, DPD drivers are lazy to find a simiple address, it is all about money and how fast they deliver, they dont take time to do their delivery properly. Am gonna missed the holiday gift that should be deliver. Am flying in the morning.

due to be delivered driver did not attempt to contact me i have a door entry phone system in the flats which did not go off now i have to go out of my way to collect the parcel
i will be informing the company i got the item from of your very bad delivery
was due to arrive between 1029 and 1129 this is being sent at 1125 3/03/2025

Couldn’t believe the driver had damaged my property he drove over my garden ?

I have contacted DPD but guess what no one bothered

About their drivers vandalising property .

He knew he was driving over it
