This company is so bad, As a partner if you have a problem and call them all they say is they are customer service and they cannot help you but they will get someone to call you back. and never call back. If you ask to speak to or Email a request to speak to your account manager they do not call you back. They take payment from your account then claim they have not and when you provide prove they still do nothing about it. If you request a statement of your account they cannot or will not give this to you. THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS BOTH BY PARTNERS AND CUSTOMERS
Desired outcome: Taxicode to communicate with their partners and not lie saying they will call you back and then not call.

If you like to play Russian roulette with your taxis, look no further.
The process is familiar. Enter details online & receive a booking confirmation. At this point, your booking isn't actually confirmed though - you have to wait for a driver to be "allocated". If a driver isn't allocated, you are passed (transparently, without further notification) to other companies for them to pick up the fare. At this point, you have no idea whether anyone has picked up your fare, unless you go to their website and track your booking.
Obviously I am writing this because I did this and found that no-one had, the day before I had to fly on business.

Taxicode is an Absolute scam. Avoid at all cost
Absolute scam. I have booked at taxi from £83. I called them twice and they confirm it is there. then 5 mns after the 2nd conversation, they send me an cancellation email, followed by an other email asking whether I want to rebook, with NO MENTION of change of price. the next email is then a confirmation of taxi with the price of £260.70! I call them and ask to reapply the price I approved and they refused. They took my money and I am now in a dispute process with Taxicode through the bank. This is for sure illegal to take money without showing the price beforehand. Daylight robery. Avoid at all cost!

Failure to fullfil booking of mini bus
I made a booking and paid 241.50 sterling with taxicode booking ref MB727B2F14967. The trip was from Park Plaza Hotel Westminster to rugby match on the 12th March 2022 at 1.30pm collection and return journey to hotel at 8.30pm collection. The evening of the 11th March, I received an email stating that the booking was cancelled. No explanation and I was unable to secure alternative transport. The passengers were all elderly and restricted from walking any long distance. It really is totally unacceptable. I await a refund and some form explanation.

Don't know what to start with.
Well, by my own fault I booked the wrong date. I thought that it was such a little thing, they will fix it fast.
But I was wrong. First of all, I had to wait for 30 minutes before somebody picked up the phone. I explained everything and they asked me to wait for them to call me back. It's been 2 days. And there're 3 days left before the wrong date.
Where are you?
For some reason, they don't answer...
UPD. Several minutes ago I got an email stating that my booking was canceled, but I will get a partial refund...
I guess my adventure with these guys haven't finished... :(
