  • Best time to call?
    Early mornings (8:00–9:30am) and Sundays are usually quieter. Lunch hours (12–2pm) and late afternoons (4–6pm) tend to be the busiest.
  • Can I use WhatsApp?
    DPD UK currently does not offer an official WhatsApp service. The DPD app chat works similarly and offers 24/7 support.
