DPD UK review: Delivery never attempted

Delivery driver says they attempted delivery twice, outside the indicated timeslot, while I was at home waiting for the bell to ring. Both times, the driver sent photographs of wrong addresses, although my address is correctly written on the package. Cannot reach company through any communication channel.

Advised driver was late. Delivery "attempted" at 23:38 with photograoh of another home sent. Doorbell never rang, driver never tried to deliver anything.

2nd delivery DEC 5, timeslot 14:30-15:30
Advised driver was late again. Delivery "attempted" at 17:48 with photograph of a second wrong home sent. Doorbell never rang, driver never tried to deliver anything. I was home all afternoon and evening both days.
