DPD has twice during this month gone to the wrong address and said I was not in. Causing a delay in delivery and affecting my delivery times to my customers.
We are offered a choice, with extra cost for quicker delivery.
If their divers cannot read an address properly then how can they offer this service.
The most astounding thing is that I have had 3 parcels delivered by DPD, to this very address, during this time. How in this time do 3 get delivered to the correct address and 2 to the wrong address. (A completely different Business Park!)
Something is very wrong with their management, no consistency of drivers in an area, they cannot be expected to learn a new area every few days.
Recommendation: Complain and let DPD know everytime there is a delay or fault in your delivery, so that they can improve their service.
