DPD UK review: Many of my dpd deliveries

My instructions are for my deliveries to be put in my porch if I’m not home. It would appear whether at home or not my delivery instructions aren’t followed. I’m absolutely disgusted and appalled at my latest delivery by yourselves from Clarins where delivery was most definitely not attempted. I have checked my ring doorbell and my camera. This delivery was taken to a DPD agent at Ganesh News in Preston, which is not close to my house. I have even spoken with the drivers when I’ve managed to catch them and explained my delivery preferences, only to be told that when somebody asks for delivery into a porch it means just leave it by the door! I have been online and on the phone trying to get in touch with yourselves as I wish to make an official complaint, but can’t get through either way. If you check my address you will see how many times deliveries have been left at the front of my house and sometimes in the rain. I have attached some photo’s as proof that my instructions are not followed.
