The delivery driver didn't wait for me to find my keys to open the door and walked off with my parcel and I need this parcel as I have a daughter in nursery how are they supposed to contact me when I don't have a properly working phone I need this delivered today asap as no one is available from tomorrow onwards to be here to recieve it. Can you contact the driver gary and get him to come back as he heard me but still walked off I want him back today and this issue resolved many thanks jane elkins

Gary bailed the second it got mildly inconvenient — heard you, ignored you, and vanished with your parcel like it was optional to wait. That’s not delivery, that’s a drive-by.
