DPD UK review: Absolutely shocking zero stars would be too much

On Sunday 26th October at 1.02pm unmarked van stops outside my driveway I look the window just in time to see the driver drop a “sorry we missed you card” on the driveway and then drive off.
This company are not fit for purpose and trying to get through to customer service, it’s just a joke.
I would never use this company for any parcel delivery requirements that I might have.
