Dollar Tree hechinger mall location washington dc

This locatoon is not supposed to close until 9:00pm however it always closes an hour before. I also have cleaned the bathroom at this location three times because my child had to use it I don't have pictures due to getting a replacement phone but I spoke to management about this and the brushed it off. This is unacceptable I used to work for family Dollar so I understand wanting to leave but don't deprive customers of services due to not wanting to work. Please fix this a concerned customer. Dollar Tree service

Cashier opening up another cash register when busy should take the person waiting longest first instead of saying I can help someone here...when a cashier is having problems with a customer for 20 minutes the person waiting behind that problem should be helped by another cashier first...not the person last in line...this is not the first time this has happened...training needs to be done so the opening cashier knows what to ask first

Dollar Tree I am filing a complaint against the store manager name kenneth at the dillsburg pa dollar tree store # 02446

I recently went into dollar tree to buy bread. Non of the bread on the shelf was fresh. I asked for the manager and an associate when and got a manager from me. The manager by the name Kenneth approaches me and asked what was wrong i simply told him the bread was a little hard when will some more bread be in he stated "the bread just came in Monday its dollar tree you get what you get of you don't like it go somewhere else." This is not my first run in with this guy. The first time he called my husband a [censored] im a Indian woman with an African American Husband. Kenneth was very rude that day we called the police the police did nothing because no one was injured. After this bread situation i asked mr Kenneth for the corporate phone number he told me to "get out of his store" i in return asked once again he responded to me "if you actually come in to buy look on the button of your receipt" i have witnessed this manager talk down to other people and his employees everytime im in there. There are to managers that are very polite and if i ask for something they take me right there to it Ms. Melissa and i believe the other one is John or Johnathan they are awesome and thats why i still shop there but i try not to shop during the time Kenneth works because of how im treated when i ask for help.

Dollar Tree manager

I went into the Dollar Tree store at 6723 Denison Ave Cleveland Ohio 44102 . I went in around 4:40 pm I was at counter trying to purchase balloons for my sister who died memorial . The cashier who was helping me was very nice in assisting me . It wasn't until the Puerto Rican manager a older lady came to the register while the cashier went to get the balloons. I ordered 6 balloons which the cashier was aware of the manager charged me more than expected instead of 6 balloons she charged me for 8 and I didn't realize until I got the receipt so I showed her she started getting mouthy while I was trying to explain to her that the first 2 balloons they did not have so in all I still wanted 6 balloons. So I ask her to for my money and she started getting disrespectful telling me oh yea I know you need your money and that I need to get a degree and I told her she the one that rung my order up and I want it fixed she made a whole ordeal about me needing my $2 calling me uneducated and I'm black and I'm broke and I need to go somewhere and get a degree . So I got upset and told her what the [censored] is she talking about I want her to fix my purchase so she refuses to give me my money back the whole time going back and forth and ended making me get 2 more balloons telling me I'm black and I'm dumb. I do not appreciate the racial slurs when I am a registered nurse and work for Cleveland clinic . She talking so much in front of customers telling me to find something to do when I'm telling her to [censored] up talking to me . She wouldn't shut up and I told her as a manager she should be correcting the situation instead of keep calling me racial slurs and telling me to get a degree. When all I was trying to do was make my purchase for my dead sister memorial . I really hope someone calls me about this situation because she definitely needs to be held accountable for actions inside this store . She should be representing Dollar Tree with respect for all customers no matter the color . I didn't get hostile with her until she came same slurs about me being black and uneducated . She doesn't even know me or anything about me yo be saying anything racist when I have a real career. I would like the owner to call me at2164699456 Thank you my name is Traibiyah Brown .

Dollar Tree management

Dollar Tree in Falcon (Peyton) Colorado the management team has a lot to be desired. Managers name is Janet she and her assistant manager Sue & Megan talk to their crew as though they are pieces of trash.
There to serve them. And acte so they're better than employees.
I was shopping in the aisle by where there is 2 doors into their stock room. I heard assistant manager Megan talking to the truck driver delivering merchandise that he was a stupid idiot truck driver and a
Mother [censored]er.
One of The employees helping, came through the doors very upset.
The store manager talks to her employees as though they are trash. She can't talk nice with respect, I have observed this many times coming in the store and I cannot handle it anymore these employees deserve better. Every time I've been in there the employees are working very hard but it doesn't seem like it's ever good enough to the management team.

Dollar Tree money identification

On Saturday June 8, 2019 I was purchasing items with a$50 bill in the south Harvard store. When cashier accept payment held my $50 up to light to verify markings. Then looks at me and hands the bill to coworker who does the same thing. Makes snide remark we have had a couple in our store. Two eyes are better than one. I feel this was disrespectful and discrimination against me an African American female in your establishment. If you can't provide your employees with proper identification items. You should have limit on denominations accepted.

Waaahhh! I can't form a logical argument so I will just play the race card!

You are lucky they even accepted the $50. A lot of places won't. Counterfeiting gets more and more sophisticated all the time. No one cares what your skin colour is. They just want to be sure they aren't accepting a fake bill. I imagine they would like to keep their jobs. Stop judging others based on the colour of their skin! That's racist!

Dollar Tree manager inappropriate behavior 6.8.19 (between 11:30-12:30)

It's about 11:40pm here in Charlotte, but I could not let this day go by without filing a complaint against one of your store managers. While standing in line and the cashier was chasing me out, I heard a lady standing at the end of the isle talking between both lines to the team members. She asked if they knew anything about a $100 check that came through one of the registers. I heard the girl at the other register say, I don't know what your talking about. And the guy cashing me out said, I don't know either. She stated, well I'm not sure who's responsible for this but it's a problem. The cashier said, what do you mean. The Manager said, it mean that someone didn't verify a check and now we are $100 out of money and since no one can is fessing up to this; I'm writing everyone up. I could listen to this inappropriate behavior anymore and asked; Are you the manager? She said yes. I said do you realize what your doing right now is unprofessional and inappropriate. You should not be speaking to them while they are out here waiting on customers. You should not be speaking about HR issues out here because that's a private conversation. I said being a leader for over 20 years, what your doing is inappropriate and you need to hold yourself accountable. She walked off. Her name was Merill.

I know this is not how Dollar Tree does business but I need this issue escalate and addressed. She should not hold her team accountable, as her lack of professional, violation of policy and inappropriate behavior needs to be held accountable. Such poor leadership.

Dollar Tree filthy condition of the store.

Yesterday was the first time that I had been in the lancaster ohio, dollar tree store in the shopping center off memorial drive in lancaster. I usually do not write complaints but was actually sickened by the condition of the store in lancaster. The carpet was filthy filthy all through out the store. The shelves were unkept and messy> I did not buy any food items as I wondered if the store room was even dirtier or rat infested.

This store is a disgrace to your company! You need to get this store cleaned up. There was only one register opened and I was the sixth person waiting in line. No additional cashier was called to help serve the lines. I was not addressed by the other clerk putting back stock on the shelves. No can I help you or did you find what you needed? She bumped into me with the basket she was carrying and did say excuse me.

The one positive thing about the store was the young cashier who was dressed in clean clothes and had clean hair. She was friendly. Thank goodness for one positive thing about this horrible store.

The store is very poorly lit. From the outside I was not even sure it was opened and waited to see if any customers entered the store. Not only was it poorly lit but the store was hot as no air conditioner was on or if it was on then the thermostat had to be sit up very high. I felt nauseous from the heat, the darkness and the overall depressing feel about the store.

I have shopped many other dollar tree stores in ohio and north carolina where I have lived. Never have I seen a store even remotely close to being as filthy, unfriendly, poor customer service and poorly lit as the lancaster ohio store.

Please let me know you received this letter. I certainly hope this email generates some action on the corporate level to get this store cleaned up to the standard of the many other stores I have shopped in. I love your prices and so many of your products. I will miss shopping dollar tree but I can not bear to go back into this filthy store. I will try and find a store close to me to shop. I know columbus ohio has several stores that I have shopped in before. However it is about a 45 minute drive from lancaster. This should not be necessary with one being here in the town where I live.
Please take action and get this filthy store cleaned up and address the other issues I have told you.

Truly,
Sally dittoe

Dollar Tree dollar tree kendall

I was very excited to buy your lemon dinnerware collection and I called the store near to my address.
The employee told me that they have it in the store...
When I got there and asked where were items located in the store, suddenly one of the employee run in another isle, and took several I only could buy some of them...
When I asked to General manager and told her (her name is Yusimi) she told me in a very bad attitude that that employee had the right to do that... I couldn't buy the quantity I wish to buy because that woman took several of them.
I am manager of the famous store and I don't think this was right...
I am very disappointed with this situation. As a regular client of your brand this is a shame.
This is the store.

I hope to receive an answer from you guys and I hope you can understand my complaint. I sent a picture to show you the quantity I found after that woman got her merchandise.

Dollar Tree perennial bulbs flowers

I have for the last 3 summers purchased flower bulbs from your Niagara Falls New York 14304 on Military Rd and on Niagara Falls Blvd stores. All years not one time they never grew this is not a good sale practice for long time customers to spend money and not get anything out of the money spent. This was the last time i will ever wast money in your store on things like this Iwish that I kept all of the packages and receipts to prove this but this Spring I was going to give your store one more try and guess what. They did not grow and they have been in the ground long enough to grow. So there is one more time of wasted money that could of been spent at a real greenhouse this is what happens when you try to save money in life and learn you waste money. If you think that Iam due some type of refund you can send to my adderss or
take care of my complaint here is my email address [protected]@gmail.com

Dollar Tree Customer service

I was in the Euless, Texas Store this morning making purchases. On my way to the exit I saw a Table/Bin with a fairly large sign that said something like Dollar Day Deals/2 for $1.00. I was going through the items and a woman came out of the office and without saying anything to me, reached in front of me, grabbed the sign and removed it. The sign underneath said $1.00. I almost turned and said, "that was really hateful." But I opted to immediately leave the store. The Bin was right by the Exit. I retired as a Retail Executive after 40 years. Our signing team would have made sure that sign was changed before store opening. If a customer saw that sign and the signing team missed it, we would be obligated to honor that sale.
That was an obvious Customer Service Fail on their part.

Dan straight! Your complaint is justified. If the sign was up while you were inspecting the merchandise, that woman should not have run out of her office and yank the sign away. My guess is that this woman should have taken the sign down before the store opened as this was what she was told to do. If you bought any of these items, she would be in trouble because she did not do her job. You were a victim of this woman's cover up. She was rude and hateful. I would have raised my voice and told her a thing or two. Remember that if you get into an argument, whether you are right or wrong, a store can call the police on you. They can charge you with disrupting a business. You have more restraint than me.

Dollar Tree sales associate behavior and poor service

I was in your Store # 1235 Peabody Rd, Vacaville earlier this evening. So I paid for 11 graduation balloons with the cashier/Sales Associate Susan and paid for it as well as the other items we bought. I already took 6 ready made balloons so I needed 5 more, she put air on 2 and she told me and my husband to wait for the other 3 since she has to serve the other customers behind us on the counter. We waited for 25 mins and I followed up with her and she said her line is still not done. I said should I wait for everyone to get done before you give me the rest? And she said YES I have to wait some more. I insisted on the rest of the balloons and finally after 30 mins of her being rude to us not even saying sorry, the other cashier pumped 3 balloons for us in 30 secs. I mean we waited and tolerated the rudeness for 30 mins just for them to pump us for 30 seconds the balloon they lacked. What kind of customer service is that. We patronize your products because it is cheaper but should the service be cheap too? Is it not that she should finish our order first before serving the next customer? Is it right to tell us to line up again in the cashier to her the remaining balloons when in fact I paid for it all at the same time?

Dollar Tree customer service

The dollar tree located at 15032 s. Lagrange road orland park illinois 60462 is an utterly and complete joke. Please do not shop here! This store should be closed down. I am an caucasian senior citizen and was even appalled by the customer service staff that I over heard having a conversation. "if any blacks come in the store, follow them around." the older staff are biased as well to african-american people and minorities. It's horrible that in 2019 this disgusting biased behavior still exists!

Dollar Tree employee

Hello
I am an employee at Dollar tree in Everett Washington. I was on the website attempting to locate an email address to send this to corporate. I was unable to locate such email address, therefore I am writing this.
My name is Nicole, I am an employee at Dollar tree in Everett Washington. My work enviornment is an unsafe place, we regularly have people who come in who are aggressive and combative, and we have constant amounts of theft happening in store by customers. I was checking a customer out in line the other day and he became aggresive and began calling me names and cursing at me, He left the line then he called the store, in which my manager answered the phone only for him to threaten to hurt me after working my shift. He told my manager that I needed to be careful when leaving work period. This was such a threat that I called and reported it to the police of which I never heard anything to follow up. Because there are just two of us in the store at night the area we are in makes for an unsafe enviornment. We are told not to ask people to leave the store, to look the other way when we see people stealing or doing anything that presents risk to us and others.
I am considering quitting my job just because it poses such a danger to me. I am told that we are unable to hire security.
Working here has shown me that Dollar Tree doesnt seem to value its employees as much or even as close as they value the customers. We are bag checked at the end of every shift to ensure that staff isnt stealing which I understand however we are told to do nothing and to just watch people stealing constatly each day. Each day I work I witness at least $200 dollars in theft during a 4 hour shift. Most come in are comabtive and very extremly aggressive. I endure so much verbal abuse from customers and am not backed up by management to defend myself and am treated as a punching bag for those who steal and destroy property in our store.
I have a particular manager that rarely helps me out and makes clear that she doesn't care to be there. I am making this complaint because I do not feel safe, just a month ago the pizza hut next door was robbed at gun point.
When I was threatened over the the manager acted as though it was a problem for me to call and report it to the police. I have even been spat at by customers at work. I have been called a [censored] and a [censored] by customers and told that I am unable to ask them to leave the store after they have done so.
I want to know what Dollar tree is doing to protect its employees? What can Dollar Tree do protect me ? What will you do in response to this complaint? I understand that it is a place of buisness and most of us in our store do the best we can to keep up with the loads of work that is expected of us, To do that in a safe manner in our store would require security.
My name is Nicole and I am an associate at Dollar tree in Everett Washington and I do not feel like I am safe when I go to work.

Dollar Tree service

My name is Mrs. Virginia Best and I went to dollar Tree at 8829 Branch Ave Clinton MD 20735 store number 1122 and when I got there I was a little disappointed by the lack of food and snacks that I get for my grandchildren but I found some other non food items. When I went to pay I asked the young man his name was Mr. Marquette who was ringing me up "what was going on with the store" and he informed me that the store is remodeling but will have food soon. I thanked him for his help and the information about the store and I heard a young lady who was just yelling and had a very NASTY and EVIL attitude with the cashier and with the customer I believe she is a manager because she went into the office with a key. Now I don't know how your business is run but that is very unprofessional. I worked in retail for 28 years and I would have never talked to my co-workers or customers in such a manner. I don't know how she got this job but acting in such a manner she doesn't need to be working in that field. I personally felt bad for the employees and customers and disrespected for her even talking like that around me it was just awful.

Dollar Tree condition of store

The Dollar Tree in Crookston, Mn. is a total mess. The isles are almost blocked with products and the shelves are in total disarray. There is "stuff" all over the store laying or thrown on shelves. The help is absolutely worthless and really kindof scary looking.
I will drive the 30 miles to Grand Forks, N.D. to shop rather than enter this store in my hometown of Crookston. At least there you can get down the isles and find things easily. The help is dressed appropriately and the bathrooms are useable.
I can't imagine this is the image your company wishes to portray. I have heard nothing but complaints on this store from the management (or lack of) on down.
I certainly hope something can be done because everyone was so excited to have the store in town.
Thank you for listening to my concern.
