Big mistake
The worst experience. I order a product on Apirl the 28 today is June 20 just received it. No communication at all. What I received was very over priced even though it stated it was a mother's day special and you were getting 45% off. Thank goodness I didn't pay full price. Very disappointed and will never purchase anything from this company every again.

I was charged August 1 & have yet to receive my product in the mail or any emails about order updates. It is now almost October. I emailed them once a month ago & they said they were busy. Another month has passed, and no delivery, email update, nothing. I am upset as I have cracked the mouth guards I have and their advertisements basically say they are indestructible.I either need a refund or a shipment ASAP. I need some kind of acknowledgement from this place.
