I was charged August 1 & have yet to receive my product in the mail or any emails about order updates
I was charged August 1 & have yet to receive my product in the mail or any emails about order updates. It is now almost October. I emailed them once a month ago & they said they were busy. Another month has passed, and no delivery, email update, nothing. I am upset as I have cracked the mouth guards I have and their advertisements basically say they are indestructible.I either need a refund or a shipment ASAP. I need some kind of acknowledgement from this place.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Please know that within the last month we have hired an additional team of operations associates as well as a Head of Operations so that as we scale, we implement long term solutions, so this problem doesnt happen again when your subscription rolls around.
As a resolution, we've recreated your guards addressing all the concerns you mentioned in your previous email. We made sure that the process is expedited, and they will be shipped out to you today.
I have included a copy of the tracking number please take into consideration the tracking number will be activated once *** scans the label.
