Dollar Tree review: Customer service.. Plus

I am visiting up from Tennessee and I have never in my experience of shopping at Dollar Tree.. have I seen such business.. Today October 20, 2018.. first how the employee let a group of pre-teens/teenagers (girls) run around the store playing running hard around other shoppers. Then get to checkout.. which was crowed and only two lines open.. and one cashier interacting with the young girls being silly laughing all loud. Other cashier. lord help me was sooooo rude pissed me off but kept my cool. My grandmother spoke and a rude Hey came from cashier mouth.. as she roughly start scanning my grandmothers items. Another customer came in.. said I wanna do an exchange/refund and went to sit box down.. same cashier rudely say dont sit that there we ain't responsible. Lady just gave a wow look. just as I did because of how she said it. I live in Dollar Tree back in Knoxville, Tn.. I shop two to three times a week there. I hope you guys can look and view cameras to see such bs that was going on. I am glad I don't have too see this location again.. the employees suck.. and their way of representing Dollar Tree was very unprofessional.. shaking my head!
