Dollar Tree

A guy that works at dollar tree in aiken sc, every time i see him he makes me feel very uncomfortable and im not the only customer he has hit on. I also talked to some employees who said he does the same to them.please fix this, i love shopping there but he is ruining my experience. Hes name is moses.

I am a cashier at the dollar tree in Chicago ill on Howard and western wear the store manger is Timothy Powell is the store manger I have being complaining about race discrimination and discrimination against my disability sense the end of July I contacted the corporate office nothing was ever done until august 2015 while working my shift a training manger put a strip clip around my neck and called me a big black animal and said I needed to wear it as a dog collar cause I looked like a big black dog corporate gave out the person was fired nothing was done to Mr. Powell who had let me take on all this abuse and discrimination for months because he was a part of it calling me slow ect letting another manger not give me breaks saying my big black ### didn't need any breaks he did not when I asked about the open manger position I was laughed at by Mr. Powell however I was doing things that mangers did like sign the safe receipt stay over time help closed the store ect after the investigation was done later has came retaliation against me I am being bullied hours cut short Mr. Powell has discussed personal information with other mangers and cashier everything is on camera no one will bags me up I can be sensed ringing hundreds of customers up by my self as I called for bag up serveral times I have been threating by one of the cashiers boyfriends you can see him on go behind her register while her draw is open I am in front my draw is open he is wearing a black hoodie threating me Mr. Powell was told nothing was done I was told by Mr. Powell that Ms Mcory no longer wanted to talk to me and she had not talked to me and she founded him innocent so I needed to deal with it he has told everyone in the store not to talk to me he didn't honor my doctors note but it was placed on the bulletin board where everyone goes to where the schedules go so that everyone can see my personal information from my doctor the cameras tells it all Timothy has homeless people clean up the bathrooms and he gives them a few dollars and later on talks about them to the people who works in side the store people are afraid to step up because they are afraid of losing there job like one of the mangers lose her job when we both tried to tell the truth about Mr. Powell there is so much more that you need to no . So I happened to go to the store and the employees were working. their was one that was stocking the shelf's and the manager (art) was their. I didn't hear the employee say anything bad just giving some suggestions about some items to the manager (art). like wouldn't this look better if you were to arrange it like this. well the manager (art) did not like that a bit he started yelling at his employee in front of every one saying you don't tell me how to do my work, you have been here only for 3 weeks or 3 months something like that and I am the manager not you. the employee did not say anything poor guy what can he say right. the manager (art) was very rude. he should not treat any one like that I don't care if he is the manager. this happened tuesday september 22, 2015. it was last week when this happened. that's not the only thing I have noticed this manager do 2 weeks ago one of his cashier's was very busy only 1 register open and we were at least 10 costumers in line. the cashier asked him if he can help and open he looked at the line and said no I can't I am busy stocking. after a while he opened another register and help we were only like 4 in line by that time. I just think that if he (art) doesn't like his job he should not be working at the dollar tree. thank you

I bought some popcorn, on sept 18th, 2015 and when I opened the bag it was stale, when I looked at the date it said open before sept 5th, I took it back and was told since it was open they couldn't take it back So I went to the back of the store and they still had the same bags as mine with the same expired date, is that fair that they don't manage there store and the customer has to pay the price?

I managed a location in Southern Ontario the moment I walked in the store I realized how dysfunctional it was ...
After putting in a lot of over time to make the sales increase, I began to burn out.
When I started to demand that my over time be acknowledged I was terminated...
I plan to fight back and have hired an Attorney for Wrongful Dismissal.
Should anyone find themselves in the same position, believe in yourself and don't take crap from Dollar Tree

You have workers on personal phones while working at store #2217. The store was dirty and very untidy. Plus the 2 workers there was outside and no none was mending the register open. We stood there a good time then I hollered out we needed someone at register and no one came and when they did they came from outside. One of girls came in smelling like smoke..Sept.[protected]@ 20.16.

Two days ago on august 23rd of 2015, I asked my manager a question for one customer and then she answered with the worst attitude. Then the second customer had a return and she came up behind me, pushed me and loudly and rudely said move.in front of customers. I just moved aside and was silent the rest of the day. I've been told many times that I am one of the best cashiers store 3949 has ever had. I'm quick and still keep a friendly smile on my face. After the incident I was asked by a customer if I was alright.

I don't think any manager should ever lay their hands on an employee.

I reported on the phone it was the 21 I was misstaken it was said on the 20 at 5pm durring shift change, we were talking about holly Kramer who was out on dental leave.and he looked at me and said well at least her room made will be happy and satisfied now that she won't have any teeth that it would be easier to give a gum job.I said him excuse me I was astinished that Tom would ever say something so volger, and I want on to say as he was laughing I said to him that that's a racist and horrible thing to say to some one.and yesterday I got in an argument 28th Gina Munger in front of a whole store of people, she hollers at me not tto count my till and goes on to say that she will deal with me in the office so I walked out, and went back this morning and Tom said that I didn't need to be their and he said well you walked out yesterday and I tryed and I have a witness Christina neilson he SREAMED shirt up tree times and demaned his keys back.now im out of an assistant manager position and he gets to walk free talking to women any kind of way I don't think so I've already contacted my lawyer and I demand justice. My store manager is horrible and needs to be let go. She has been playing favorites with an employee whom should have been let go after walking out on a shift...instead she got promoted to freight manager. The store manager is taking everyone's hours and giving them to a new girl whom is the new freight manager's friend. I thought we were not allowed to hire friends or family? I work weekends only now, after being cut down to just two days a week I decided I might as well change my availability to just weekends. I am now being cut down to one day! My store manager is causing many problems in our store, our managers are leaving and transferring to different stores just to get away from her and BS she causes. Its ridiculous. Her name is Marie and she is the Store Manager at the Garden City MI store...PLEASE HELP US!

Do not shop here! The assistant manager, Rita, is not only rude and lacks any semblance of customer service abilities - but also makes up her own rules and policies. This evening I went in to exchange some items. She wouldn't allow me to do so, as she said I couldn't purchase the replacement items for someone else! Huh? Who is she to say whom I may purchase for? When I wouldn't budge on her shinnanigans, she proceeded to call the cops! Are you kidding me? She doesn't abide by the company policy of allowing items to be exchanged, and then this is how she treats her customers? Well, I waited for the cops to arrive, and she still dug her heels in. At one point, the officer asked if there was any way we were going to come to agreement tonight to which her responses was that I "used a big mouth to get my way so she wasn't going to let me". Again, I am dumbfounded at her absolute stupidity and making up her own policies. I must state that I never even raised my voice to her - just insisted on an exchange (I even had a receipt) as the company policy states, and refused to leave until I was able to process that exchange. In hind site, when the officer was unsuccessful in getting her to see the light, I wish I had pressed charges against her for discrimination. Maybe that would teach her to not waste our officers' precious time with her inability to do the job she was hired to do. If anyone at a regional or corporate level reads this stuff, please do your customers a favor and fire Rita! I am going to try to take this issue up the corporate ladder to try to see where it goes. This woman should not be managing people, running a store or dealing with customers!

I put in my 2week notice that I will be out on fmla, and when I went to the job to inform my store mgn that I would know [protected] what day id be back to wrk. I was informed by the sm that im not to be rehired back to wrk because the regional mgn jason bower stated he does not like me and that I was too direct. Also jason has decreminated aganist me because if my color that I was never to be promoted and I was qualified for a few mgn positions.
