Melvin Veach stalks me and he works at the Laverne Oklahoma Dollar General he rang up 4 charges on my credit card this morning and it took all my money for food. He pretended he was on the phone with your central office. And told me all my money was put back on my credit card...but he stole my money! Why is this going on here in Laverne Oklahoma? How can workers be allowed to target and steal money from customers? He took all my money off of my card! And then lied to my face! Sick of him and a couple of others who steal from me and others!

I called the dollar general and talked to a Lilly the assistant manager last night @ 9 pm. I informed her that the delivery truck running outside the store should be turned off by 12 I was being generous with the time. Your company prides themselves on putting there stores in small communities, well guess what ? Our bedrooms are right outside that store. The law states and this is the law # 2018-15 . No noise, back up horns, truck noise after 11 @ night. Here it is 3 am in the morning and the truck is still running. I've complained recently about delivery trucks b/4 8 am now I am complaining about trucks running all night. The drivers spend the night in the truck and leave it running overnight while they sleep, .unfortunetly I am not able to sleep. It's detrimental to my health. Called the police he turned it off right b/4 they got here, after they left it started again. Three strikes and your out. Unfortunately you don't take this serious b/c it goes on now everywk enough is enough so many complaints and the city will fine you maybe that would be better since being nice and writing to you and calling the store isn't enough. This won't be the last time you hear from me b/c tomorrow morning I will be @ the store complaining to your manager. I will leave my name And number tomorrow with the store manager about this problem and hope that it will be rectified

To whom it may concern;
   I've sat on this for about 3 weeks now, hoping that my feelings would pass, and they were just due to my son's bad experience working at the Bonne Terre Dollar General Store. But the longer I think about it the more upset I've become, and have decided to give you all an option to take care of this problem before I'm forced to.
   We live in a small town, so everyone knows everyone's business. While waiting in the checkout line, a friend of ours listened to your cashier named El talk and tell lies about my son and family's personal business. In particular that we have guns at our house. She has ABSOLUTELY no business sharing that information with ANYONE! If I hear anything else like this, I WILL file a lawsuit against Dollar General without hesitation.

The store manager Bard me from two stores for a shoplifting incident that I was not even involved in no police report was made no arrest was made. I'm highly embarrassed I am highly inconvenienced as Dollar general is the only store in my town to shop when she told me that I was not allowed in the store she screamed it across the parking lot which caused further embarrassment I have spoken to a lawyer about this he says I have a very good case if you cannot resolve this and this lift my name of that list then my attorney will file suit against you for everything possible. I made a verbal complaint with someone at your corporate headquarters a week or so ago and I have not heard back from anyone my attorney suggested that I make this attempt to resolve this on my own before he gets a hold of it. So today I am asking that you tell Vicky to leave me alone . For her to lift my name of the band that she has me for two stores Dutton and section as I did not get caught shoplifting, I no police were called no report was made and there was certainly no arrest. It seems to me this lady has no has no case against me therefore I should have the choice to shop at Dollar general if I want to Sincerely, Amy Allen August 22, 2019. I was in one off your stores in salter path North Carolina on August 18 at around 7-8 pm I watch one of your manger yelling at one of your employees so bad she was crying she was a older employee I believe her name badge said Marlene I've never seen a manger talk to and employee like that ever and to make her cry in front of everybody this is unexpected from someone that is suppose to be in management very disappointed that you we let your manger speak to someone that way

The outside of the store in Sharon Tn looks as though it's one of the last stores standing after Armageddon, the manager sits in her car leaving the store fully unattended to smoke all day, the other employees have no clue most of the time where anything in the store is and act as though they themselves are lost as Easter eggs, the store inside is completely horrid, it needs some major attention it's pathetic the grounds outside look horrible trash everywhere nothing is picked up rarely ever mowed it's ridiculous

Bought two packs of Misty Blue 120 today. Got to my car and noticed the cashier had placed the menthol instead of Blue in my bag. Went back in and told the cashier that I needed to exchange them for blue . She said she couldn't exchange them. Showed her the receipt, she still refused to exchange them. Talked to the store manager and she refused also.
I am a frequent shopper at Dollar General and feel I was treated wrongly. I would be afraid to shop anymore at a store that doesn't allow exchanges .

Dollar General has always been my "go-to" store, but I actually left my partially-filled basket and walked out today. The three stores near me leave boxes and carts for stocking in the aisles, but they don't stock, and you can no longer even push your cart down a single aisle because they are almost totally blocked. Two other customers walked out with me today. This applies to the newer store on East Berry St., and the two stores on Mansfield Highway in Fort Worth, TX. You're losing customers because of this, and even though I've always been one of your most faithful customers, today was the last straw. I'll be going elsewhere in the future.

I purchased 18 bottles of zero lemon lime Gatorade from the above store. I buy all Gatorade from your stores as your company offers the Gatorade sports codes. I travel 20 to 25 miles each way to 3 of your stores not only for the above reason but your stores most always have the product. When I received my receipt I couldn't read anything printed on it. I ask the cashier if there was a way to make me another copy as I couldn't read that one. She ask I would assume the manager and I was told in not so much of a nice way there was nothing that could be done about it. I ask you can't print a copy and was told again there was nothing that could be done. There should be a way to reprint receipts if one doesn't print. I lost all the points plus I am not sure I will shop at that location again.
