I was at Bethel Springs Tn.Dollar general today and bought over 70 something items that were suppose to be 50% off. at least that's what the tags that were displayed on boxes said. But when I got home I started unpacking my items and started thinking that the price I paid at store was extremely high. And noticed that not a one of the items price was reduced by 50% . I would like to get a store credit or refund on that 50 % discount that was advertised for me to get. Because if not then I would consider that to be false advertisement. Ive tried over 20 times calling store and no one will answer phone.

My daughter purchased 3 solar lights for me at the Hulbert, Oklahoma store. The cashier did not bag them and in picking them up one dropped, breaking. The cashier looked at my daughter and pretty much said, "can't do anything about it" because my daughter dropped it. My daughter is 35 and a very responsible adult. I Ealla Moore was in your store in Inverness, MS Store number 19950 about 11:00 am Saturday morning April 18, 2020. I was treated so rude every other customer that came into the store was complaining about her attitude. She was snapping everyone up and being unprofessional. As I walk into the store there was a signup that read three paper products per customer. I wanted to purchases two packages of paper towel as I approached the counter I heard her saying that my children are at home I am tired of telling them that they could only by one paper towel and one tissue they suppose to be grown but they act like they can not understand. There was no sign up in the store that stated this. A customer asked for bleach her response to them was I can not do anything as long as people are coming in this store. I believe her job is to serve the customer not to make them feel less than a human being. As I made my way to the counter she began to talk crazy to me so this caused me to respond in a very negative way whereas I used some profanity toward your employee. At this time she said I am going to call the police so I said yes call the police so I can show her the sign in the door that's when the other employee went to the door and took down the sign. That when she opened her mouth and said she had a gun in her car and that she would shoot me my response to this was going ahead you are going to have to shoot because I am not scared of no gun. There were a store full of people at this time. My complaint does you allow your employees to be rude and degrade your customers or, talking about shooting them as much store violence this country has seen. As angry as I am now the experience that I had at my home town store will never be forgotten by me nor my friend that was in the store with me at the time.

They do not answer phone calls. Neither do they answer emails, except to say they received it and will soon answer. I am also tired of all the products that say "Unavailable" or " Out of Stock" or "Only Available in Store." It's worse since the Corona virus but was horrible before then, too. There are also items I used to buy online that now say they're only available in the store. I've been buying from them many years but If I find an alternative, I will switch - purely out of frustration. Oh, yes, I also am against their increasing shipping costs to us.
