colorsilk deep burgundy
First I wanna say it is the principal of the situation, I am partially disabled n don't have a car or don't drive also elderly. I bought the hair color n when I went to use it half of it was missing the bottom was taped so I didn't notice it I was disappointed n now I don't have the receipt and don't know when I will b able to get back to the store I really wanted to color my hair for easter. The employee who taped it up should have looked to make sure everything was there before putting it back on the shelf
the clerk at store 09768 was coughing
1st: The clerk at Store 09768 was coughing, & indicated she didn't feel good. During this pandemic time, she needs checked by a Dr. It seems there is no protection for the workers or protecting customers. They are on the front line. 2nd: the eggs were priced 1.65 earlier in the week, on Saturday morning I went to buy more eggs for my mom & the price tag was gone, I figured the price was still 1.65 but the receipt showed 3.65! Outrageous! The eggs should've been marked .
lysol being held for employees, friends and family behind counter

I put the '$5 off $25' digital coupon in 'my coupons' on my DG app, but it didn't show up at the register when my daughter went to check out. She entered our phone number like we always do. Because I wasn't there with the app, the associate was unable to override it so we were not able to save the $5 :(

Dollar Generals in Jonesboro Arkansas are not following social distancing of 6ft apart in the lines. People were getting right up to me in the lines. Even when people are coming in the doors their coming up to the line next to people instead of going over the right direction to shop. Something needs done! I went to the tilton illionis store to get my at&t card refilled on a refill card I had. When I went to put the number on the card into my phone, it said the number already used. The phone company said thier was supposed to be a pin number on the reciept. There wasnt. So I went back into the store and they said to use the pin # on card. I told them I didnt work since it was already used. I then asked for a refund and the manger said no. Then I said your screwing me out of my money. I live on a fixed income.
