Ok so in pa and apparently other states you have a sale going on with bali drinks. 2 for 3.00. My issue I am having is your register does not show the sale price it shows 1.95 a piece. It should come up if 2 are scanned 1.50 a piece. So when I explain the sale they have a gard time figuring it out but do give me the sale price. I had on store manager pull the sale off after my purchase. Can you tell me what the issue is and how to resolve it.
no that is not true. I will buy 4 botels at 2 for 3 should be 6.00 then 6% sales tax bringing my total to 6.36 but the register will say 7.85 after they hit total. your system is not taking off the 90 cents
Dirty store
I overheard manager talking to exterminator about mice getting into candy. Also the store is messy and some products out of date. This store needs a surprise visit ask store manager Ray Foss how rude he can be. Store needs to be cleaned products needs expiration dates checked. This store is not friendly not enough help I've walked into the store and stand at register for minutes before someone comes up to help you. Your loss

I was in the Imperial Dollar General in Imperial when we was suppose to have masks on and this drunk girl started running her mouth to my daughter who was waiting for me to pay for my stuff. the girl was using foul language and calling my daughter on to fight. Now Your manager should have stopped them. But no she just stood there and watched her. I asked her to stop and she started on me. I am 72 years old and I ask the manger to stop them. she did nothing. I know you watched the tape and you could not see that when she stepped to my daughter the third time that she was bringing up her arm when my daughter attacked her . I am not defending my daughter but now you have banned her and the other girl started it. The guy that was waiting on us is deaf and didn't know what was going on. The manger should have told them both to leave. We have been going to your store for over 10 years and never had any trouble. I was a manger and I now that she should have stepped in and made them leave. I can't believe how that store is ran. You can't get through the store half the time because there are boxes every where. Get some one in there that can do their jobs. Your employees are always outside smoking when people are waiting in line to check out. We always have to go looking for someone to check us out. These is awful that you staff let a drunk attack a 72 year old lady and just stands there a watch. This went on for a good while. And now my daughter is banned from the store for sticking up for me. VERY VERY SAD that you run your stores like this. And so you know I will be putting this on facebook so all my family and friends know not to use your stores. They are not safe.

I live in Amado and am very upset that the associates do not wear face masks. I asked and they said manager said they didn't have to. I am an elderly customer and worry greatly about not carrying about us your loyal customers. I go at least three times a week but am considering not going anymore and tell my friends as well. Even Wal-Mart associates wear them. Very disappointed.

I was recently in 2 different Dollar General stores in my area and despite there being a sign on the door that masks are required in the store, there were customers in the store without masks on. When I asked the cashier, I was told that they can suggest masks but not enforce them being worn. I have a daughter who is immunosuppressed and an elderly mother who I shop for. I cannot risk their health because stores are not willing to follow the state mandated guidelines. I will no longer shop in ANY Dollar General stores until this policy is enforced for my/other shoppers safety. What is so difficult about no shoes, no shirt, no mask no service?

I went to Dollar General this morning and saw 2 employees maskless and gloveless. I thought there was a store policy about this? They are usually good about this there, or have been for the last month or so. And you have customers not adhering to the 6' distancing, and the employees say nothing. I'm a diabetic and around alot of people who are diabetic, one recovering from cancer and brain surgery. Not feeling safe in your store.
