Yard crew
I live next door to the Dollar General on Shelby Road in Kings Mountain, NC. The people mowing the grass are not mowing next to my lot. I have asked them several times to mow their part of the yard. I have shown them the property line but they still do not mow the grass. If I have to keep paying someone I am going to have to send you a bill. Please help me with this issue.

I was recently in 2 different Dollar General stores in my area and despite there being a sign on the door that masks are required in the store, there were customers in the store without masks on. When I asked the cashier, I was told that they can suggest masks but not enforce them being worn. I have a daughter who is immunosuppressed and an elderly mother who I shop for. I cannot risk their health because stores are not willing to follow the state mandated guidelines. I will no longer shop in ANY Dollar General stores until this policy is enforced for my/other shoppers safety. What is so difficult about no shoes, no shirt, no mask no service?

I went to Dollar General this morning and saw 2 employees maskless and gloveless. I thought there was a store policy about this? They are usually good about this there, or have been for the last month or so. And you have customers not adhering to the 6' distancing, and the employees say nothing. I'm a diabetic and around alot of people who are diabetic, one recovering from cancer and brain surgery. Not feeling safe in your store.

I was at Bethel Springs Tn.Dollar general today and bought over 70 something items that were suppose to be 50% off. at least that's what the tags that were displayed on boxes said. But when I got home I started unpacking my items and started thinking that the price I paid at store was extremely high. And noticed that not a one of the items price was reduced by 50% . I would like to get a store credit or refund on that 50 % discount that was advertised for me to get. Because if not then I would consider that to be false advertisement. Ive tried over 20 times calling store and no one will answer phone.
They do not answer phone calls. Neither do they answer emails, except to say they received it and will soon answer. I am also tired of all the products that say "Unavailable" or " Out of Stock" or "Only Available in Store." It's worse since the Corona virus but was horrible before then, too. There are also items I used to buy online that now say they're only available in the store. I've been buying from them many years but If I find an alternative, I will switch - purely out of frustration. Oh, yes, I also am against their increasing shipping costs to us.

Today I was at dollar general love going there but today was the worst day there not going there no longer the employees was very rude at me the young guy and the older woman with glasses I had coupons on my dollar general app the kid was giving me a attitude and the older woman that works there telling me that the coupons in the dg don't work she Embarrassed me in front of the people that was there and they all was laughing and talking about me and looking at me I was trying to explain to her and she was telling me stop lady I have better things to do I was like that's a nice way to treat your costumers never going back there again so I went to the one in Lowell church st the coupons worked there with no problem and they are very friendly I even told her about what happened to me earlier she said yeah I know that woman a lot of people complains about her if she is not happy with her job she should leave

My daughter purchased 3 solar lights for me at the Hulbert, Oklahoma store. The cashier did not bag them and in picking them up one dropped, breaking. The cashier looked at my daughter and pretty much said, "can't do anything about it" because my daughter dropped it. My daughter is 35 and a very responsible adult. I feel the company owes the money for the yard light because the cashier did not bag it after taking the money.
