On October 24, 2020 I was shopping in Keeseville, ny and a worker came around the corner with product, he stood there until I came out of the aisle. I just think he could have gone around the aisle with the product which was for the other end anyway. I am a senior citizen and he also could have used a shower. Thank you for letting me vent. They have cut the employee hours and I understand the need to put all the product they get on the shelves, very hard store to shop at.
Manager was rude

Store#16756- I quite frequently shop @ this store & am just now noticing customers shopping without masks being worn and also not following the 6ft. Social distance practice, if this problem is not handled it is going to be a situation that could go really bad, I expect everyone to follow the guidelines, also I do not appreciate anyone violating my space of safety. The dollar general in ramer alabama has a manager that is named J.J. I dont know her last name every time people go into the store she rudely tells them to put a mask on but refuses to pull hers up above her nose. I'm sure if you go look at store footage you will see that she refuses to wear her mask properly.so I decided to not wear a mask today Oct 11 in retaliation in which case i was told to leave and she refused to ring up my products. Before the pandemic I would go to the Dollar General Store at least once a week. For a while employees didn't wear face masks and I stopped going. Then they started wearing them. But now all of the employees without exception, wear their masks below their noses which makes the mask totally useless. So I have stopped going again. My family has also noticed this in the stores they frequent and have stopped going there.
Please do something! Masks and social distancing are the only ways this awful virus will ever go away.

I got ran off the road and straight down the side driver side of are suv last nite by one of your trucks we got his plate number and dot number and we need to no how to file this he was all over the road do 80 plus in a 35 passed all kinds of cars hit us on railroad tracks and we followed him for 4 mile until he tried running us off the road again so we pulled over and he was gone
Allowing people in that aren’t wearing masks
If there are signs on the doors saying masks are required, then why are stores allowing people not wearing masks to shop? I think that is crap! You are putting not only your employees at risk, but also your customers. Something needs to be done.

I have a grandson who has been working for one of your stores always ging above and beyond what any employee would do. He alaways work when schedule and went in and work when some one didn't show up. I don;t know what to think of company who cuts person from 30 hr to 12 then down to six hr a week. No wonder the stores have a big turn over of employee. I was in your store at 4117 Mountain Rd over the weekend. When I went to check out, there was a woman in front of me with just maybe 2 items. She was looking for a cup. The young man, short brown/strawberry hair was at the checkout. The line was starting to form. He told her to go back and look through cups to find one on sale/marked down. So now the line gets longer, and personally it was warm, we had our masks on. She finally came back but wanted some change, he said no because of the coin shortage. now lets wait for her to find her credit card. I pulled my mask away from my face a bit and said I dont know why there is a change shortage. He yelled at me put your mask on. They continue to repremand me in front of everyone. Please refrain from telling me about the mask, i wasnt coughing or anything else and didnt even have the mask completely off.
Ok, i had a cart full of stuff, and I left it there and walked out. First he should not have held up the line, or called for help, and how dare he talk to someone like that. The good news is that there are many stores including amazon that I can shop at!

The way the staff address each other in front of customers
On 9/26/2020 I was inside of dollar general store I seem to visit at least five times a week. I used the self checkout and used my debit card- it asked me if I wanted cash back, I selected yes and chose my amount, my card was approved and no cash was dispensed, I asked the cashier to call someone, she called for a manager who I told the same thing to, she was only going to refund the transaction fee of $1.00, I told her I requested cash back- she stated it's not set up for that and was originally not going to give me my money stating her drawer would be short. It is not my problem that the self checkout asks if you want cash back, it shouldn't be set up in such a fashion, this needs to be fixed ASAP. I did receive my money and probably will not shop at this dollar general again.
Tidiness of store.
The store in Waterloo, IN is such a mess. I do not understand why product can not be removed from shelves and put away and then bring in a cart at a time to put inventory away. Sometimes 5 to 6 carts full of inventory in the aisles. Can't get to product and barely get down the aisle. I know of a person who asked to work P/T during the week to put inventory...

The dollar general at pennsylvania ave west mifflin pa location, is disgusting they don't like cleaning their store. The managers make the older employees do all the work while younger sit around talking it's bull and let them use others registers that are not there own.
