Rude employee and dissatisfying customer service

First let me say I love dollar general prices and products. I live in a very small town (village) of Dolgeville N.Y. This is also where the store is located . The store gets more crowded each time I go in there and not with people. There are SEVERAL boxes stacked 3-4 high at almost every end cap. I had to move a dolly loaded with boxes to get down an aisle. Other customer's also were annoyed. I work for a company that cares for people with disabilities that can't go into the store . They can't turn a corner because of the boxes . This isn't a one time experience, it gets worse each time . It looks like an unorganized flea market . Someone really needs to please address this . I didn't think off taking photos but I can if you want to see exactly what I'm complaining about.

This dollar general location is ridiculous. Every single time you arrive at this store 9 times out of 10 a worker, most of the time two, are outside smoking. Employees standing in front of the door smoking. They are not 5 feet away from establishment. Dollar General Eton Georgia. It was an older woman. While also, in this Dollar General no one was at any register up front. They were signing off on vendors, but someone should have been at a register. They also tell everyone at the door to wear a mask but, they themselves have their masks under their noses wearing it that's not the proper way to wear a mask. I work in healthcare I know.

On 11/8/20 at about 10:20 am, I was shopping in this dollar store. I entered an aisle where said employee was stocking the shelves. I excused myself and as I walked away, she called me an "[censored]." I asked her name, and she snarled, "for what? Who do you think you are?" I reported her to the front cashier and left my items.
