Dollar General review: Customer service ( 1 comment)

This dollar general location is ridiculous. Every single time you arrive at this store 9 times out of 10 a worker, most of the time two, are outside smoking. You go in to try to find the items you need and half the time the shelf is empty. The stock that needs to be placed on the shelves, are always on carts in the middle of the isles. You literally have to move carts to see if your item in on the shelf behind it. Oh, and don't think it will be a quick trip in and out. You will wait in line to checkout for minimum 10 minutes. One worker will be running the register while the others are outside smoking or no where to be seen. The line will be wrapped around in this store. Half the time, we drive to another town to another dollar general location to find the items that we need. I would love for the management of theis establishment to be fixed asap. I have attached two pictures, both taken in the same day, within 20 minutes. These pictures were taken on 11/10/20. This has gone on for months and it needs to come to a stop!
