Dollar General review: Employment/termination

So Dollar General hire who they want and terminate who they choose to. The store in Camden, AL has a Manager that admitted in a text group she knew a cashier was stealing but yet kept her in the store and made her a key holder. Why loss provention didn't see that? Gave Joe Lysol and yet she's still there and no one caught that on camera. Pam, Tasha, and whoever else was terminated but you still got a manager that don't come to work but getting paid isn't that stealing time. So what does she have on Dollar General are the DM where she can keep her job? Calling employees dumb but make them key holders so she won't have to close or open, but y'all keep workers like that. This store is in Camden Alabama
