Dollar General review: People not wearing masks

I was in you store at yawkey wv over a dozen shoppers with no masks and when I asked about it in was told they could not refuse people without a mask. If i'm correct the governor of wv mad it mandatory that mask are to be worn in doors around people. I have contacted the state police and now will send a copy to the governor's office. This is not acceptable and not fare to me I wear my masks
