I guess some CSRs enjoy spinning you around in circles, going nowhere, so they can channel their inner sadist while riding the clock simultaneously. I had an obtuse female repeating the same things over and over when all she had to do was transfer me. It wasn't her department. She kept telling me that they probably wouldn't be able to help me because I wasn't a customer. Welp, maybe I won't be now.
Maybe this is why corporations are leaning so heavily towards AI. She couldn't hear that I repeated like twenty times that I wanted some general info. As in, "I'm not calling about anything specific. I want to know how to..."
And no, I couldn't find it on the Web. Also, I didn't want to keep Googling and falling down rabbit holes.
