My wife and I have had nothing but problems with Dillions Digital Coupons. We set it up on our cell phone and it worked for a time or two and then we would clip coupons and when we checked out it would ring up full price. So, I set it up on my laptop again it worked for a time or two. The other day I was waiting in line and Dillions in Great Bend never has but one or two checkers. The was two young women in line the first one stated that didn't ring up right it was on a digital coupon and the price is wrong. The checker always makes the same stupid comment you must have not clipped the coupon. They took her over to customer service to fix the full price charge. The next young woman the same thing rang up full price and again it was the digital coupon. Dillion must love hacking of their customers and wasting their time and also dillions employee's time. The problem is Dillions had some young person with too much gaming in his or her head to write this software program. I and my wife are older, and the employees pretend that is is just us older people that have problems with the digital coupons. Maybe it is time for a class action lawsuit for older and poor people that don't have $1,000 phone to receive these digital coupons..
