On Sunday June 11 my husband came to the store around 1pm and ordered 16 pieces of chicken to be picked up at 545pm. When he got home he told me I needed to call to verify as he wasn't sure they got it. So about 2:30 I called and verified 16 pieces of chicken for 545pm. They said yes he had ordered it and they would have it ready. So at 545 he goes to pick it up and they forgot it. They told him that he would have to wait 15 minutes. This was very frustrating.
Desired outcome: Just very frustrated with this service.
