Dillons Threatening employee

I am a legally blind female and used to shop the Harry and Edgemoor Dillons 3 to 4 times a week. This store was very convenient for myself and my medical team. Back in March or April of this year a young Hispanic female employee that works in the back threatened me physically... like she was going to punch me in the face. Fists and all. She drives a white cadillac seville and is about 19, 5ft3in, 115lbs, dark hair with big curls. I think she works 2pm till 10pm. I reported the incident to a manager and never heard anything about it again. My medical team has been doing some investigating of their own and it turns out this young female at Dillons has been cheating with the 54 yr old man I have been in a serious relationship with for 15 years. However he has 2 children 35 and 33 also 3 grandchildren. She refuses to believe the truth. MARIO ORTIZ CRUZ dob 12-16-67. All I am asking for is to feel safe when I or my helpers come in to shop. I have never approached her nor said a word to her. Next time I will send a Detective for her. Thank You...

Dillons Employee

I work at dillons i was threatened that i wasnt gonna make it home tn by one of my coworkers when all u did was eat a cookie that i brought from home she went to management and complained about it came back and told me management said if she had any problems she can send me home she has the same job title u do im a chinease cook so is she then she was in my face raising her voice saying she can and if i kept it up she was gonna see me in the parking lot

Desired outcome: Id like to talk to management cuz im not ok with this i didnt do anything wrong and i got threatened im not ok with people brimg im mu face due to the facf that i suffer from ptsd from an abusive childhood

Dillons Being treated like a shoplifting or someone who is just a bother. I am not the only disabled person who this has happen to. because I'm in a cart.

I use a shoping cart and I have been treated like I am a bother or a shoplifting creep being followed all over the store by several employees. I didn't know this a shopper walked up to me and said they are all over you when I look there was one front and behind me and walking towards me. I noticed this for several lanes through the store and just got up left my cart leaving the store. This has happened to me before at the Topeka 10th and Gage store now twice. I have had it I will file a decriminalization and defamation of character against your store if it ever happens again. Your staff needs sensitivity training on the disabled of they are interpreting our out of control movements or trouble Remembering things in the store and have to back tract in the store. This is so how your staff treats the disabled. I even heard a security guard refer to me as a homeless person. When I can assure you I am not, and even they should not be treated this way unless they are doing wrong. Your staff should be ashamed and TRAINED PROPERLY.

Dillons Online grocery pick up

I did not receive until almost 3pm that my order was not cancelled I thought it was. So 4 different times I called to let them know I was going to be late picking it up. Each time I was on hold for at least 4 mins. So I hung up the last time and I called the customer service asked to please take my name and have them cancel my order. I was going to explain it to the person at the customer service person and she hung up on me. So I will not be using your service again.

Dillons Cashier

We just got home from Dillons. We had a very rude male cashier. First of all he was the only open lane with a person. I had a lot of coupons so wanted a person. 2 of my coupons would not work even though I had bought the right products. He did not give a rip or try to fix the problem. The bag boy told me to go to customer service where there was a big line. Lots of employees walking around the store doing nothing! Also cashier was very rude to older gentleman in front of us.

Desired outcome: My 1.50 in coupons. More cashiers.

Dillons Stupidity on their behalf

I went in to pick up my medication. I had received a call earlier in the day that my script was ready. I get there the clerk says it's almost ready, ok I can wait. I wait 40 minutes and have to ask her again if it's ready?! She tells me sorry it can't be filled until tomorrow! I was on my lunch hour! It's my understanding that script can be filled 3 days in advance! Just making me wait the pharmacist should have immediately filled it! That would be good customer service! This is Dillons in Topeka, KS the one in Brookwood! This is not the first time this has happened! The pharmacist there acts like she's god or something!... Michelle Perez

Dillons Payment for groceries / customer service

After shopping for 30 min then getting hot food for lunch I was told my check was no good. I told cashier before starting that I had lost my debit card and was writing a check. No problem was her response. She kept my groceries and sent me to customer service where I waited for another 10 minutes. A manager came up to help and was very rude. She kept grunting and growling. She told me there was a problem with my checking account. There was not. If there's some kind of policy, maybe I could've been told that when I first told the cashier I was quitting a check. It would've saved me a lot of time. Now I have no lunch. I wish I would've got the name of the rude manager. She made it clear she didn't want to help. She was also rude to the customer in front of me. Maybe she was having a bad day, but come on... Be professional.

Dillons Store clutter, nothing in stock, and employees not friendly.

East Dillons in Garden City KS is so cluttered you can barely get through the front door because of junk and handicap carts in the way. There is never any cleaning supplies for the shopping carts whenever they have any carts available. They have got rid of most of the items normal people buy and are always out of everything else. Finally if you buy anything from the dairy be sure to check the dates, the same goes for all the salad dressings.

Dillons Deli section server

For the past two months in the deli section. This worker named Jamie who works in the deli section is not respectful to her customers and can be very rude when serving customers. She has served me two times and within those few times she aggressively tossed some deli food I ordered into my bucket I was purchasing and she kept on giving me attitude and as soon as I turned my back she called me a cheap skate and stingy because I was waiting for the chicken to go half price. Almost every time when somebody is helping me she'll interrupt the server and give the customer attitude and she doesn't work well with co workers. She is very controlling on the kitchen, not professional to her coworkers and customers. She tries acting like she is the manager even though it is Samantha. You can ask any worker in the deli section (Kelly, Fanel, etc) about Jamie they will tell you the same thing. I hope she gets fired because she is very disrespectful and rude to co workers and customer. She doesn't have work ethics, lazy, and not mature or well suited for the job. Please take my complaint into consideration. I'm a customer at Dillion's and something needs to be done about Jamie!

Dillons Pharmacy

The pharmacy on Planet Ave in Salina, Ks are all judgemental and unprofessional. I take meds that are schedule 2 narcotics. State law says a pharmacist is not allowed to fill a valid script that is on time yet this pharmacy does it every single time mine are due. They make me wait until the 15th day to refill a 14 day supply, and I've already missed my 5am dose before they're even open on the 15th day. When I've asked questions, I've continually been screamed at and talked over with other customers standing there. Which also violates my HIPAA rights. The papers that are included in my bag specifically say not to run out of my medication, yet the employees intentionally make me do exactly that. They have even done it when my doctor has ok'd the correct date. I will be filing a complaint with the pharmaceutical board, state medical board, and the medical licensing board since they are practicing medicine without a license by overriding my doctor's instructions.

Dillons Service

I went into the restroom for about 2 minutes & left my cart with my merchandise in it outside the door. I came out of the restroom & my cart was gone. They called for management & the asst manager came & she was distraught about it but said if an abandoned cart they take it & put it back. My wife is in the hospital & I was trying to get a few things before going to see her. We spend thousands of dollars at Dillons a year & you just lost our business we are going to Walmart. My cart was taken while I was in the restroom for 2 minutes. Asst. Manager was rude & I walked out. I spend thousands of $$$$$ at Dillons each year & you just lost a customer to Walmart & Target!

Dillons Pharmacy

I had major surgery on monday and the surgeon gave me pain meds to take. The pharmacist by the name matt, dan and sara (dont know there last names) refused to fill them stating I didnt need it because the surgery I had was no big deal. I called the surgeon and my pain dr the both called and told them to fill it and the pharmacist canceled it instead. So on wednesday they qrote anthr prescription with clear instructions for the pharmacy. This time they wrote all over it then on fri after the drs called again told me thy wldnt fill it to take it somewhere else. They were rude and stated they knew more then the surgeon. Tby need to be fired or I will file a law suit. Thy keep me in tremendous amout of pain and said thy didnt care. This store is on kansas ave in newton ks 67114

Dillons I notice there's no yeast packages, so I called and they said they don't have yeast

I ordered online for Pick up a few package of yeast and snicker drink. I called to let them know I was running late and they said that's okay, I went there and they put my bag in the back of my car. I left and when I got home and got the bag I notice there's no yeast packages, so I called and they said they don't have yeast. I am so mad because I drove in the rain to go there and they don't have what I need! They should've told me when I first call that they don't have all my order because I would've cancelled all but no they made me believe everything is all good. And when I call they told me they don't have what I ordered so I said I need to talk to the manager and they told me they don't have a manager too. Who believe that BS, there's no business who don't have a manager when the business is open.

Yeast should be an item every Grocery store carries. People really do still make their own bread and other yeast filled items. Since I no longer can drive all my groceries are delivered. Several times in 2022 they have been out of one or more ingredient for an expensive recipe I was making and the "filler" neglected to tell me. I received all but one critical ingredient. I call several stores around town and found one that had it in stock. My cousin graciously agreed to pick it up. The last time I had my items delivered they were unable to fill 44 out of 103 items. The only notified that 3 items were unavailable. I have heard there are shortages at some stores but my friends assured me that they had not experienced that problem at that particular Dillons store. So did the filler forget these items, did they forget to give them to me when they arrived or did they just steal them from me or was this Dillon's really out of the item. I'll never know. Did not receive any kind of receipt which is kind of hit and miss with this store so I really will never know,

The "there's no manager" ploy is called "shielding, " and is designed to prevent customer complaints from escalating. Thwart it by asking when the store manager will be available and coming back during that time. When you're speaking to the store manager, ask why there was no manager on duty during the original incident. The store manager will check the schedule, because they know they absolutely scheduled a manager to be on duty. You'll have caught them in a lie. If the store manager doesn't cooperate, contact Kroger directly and tell the whole story, the yeast problem, claiming there was no manager available, and the store manager being uncooperative. They'll "correct" the store on proper policy, and you'll get a gift card to pick up some yeast and a few extras.

Dillons Delivering orders curbside.

The Dillon's store in Pratt, KS must only have one little person filling orders for curb side survive. The store is so booked up with orders they won't accept any more! More people needed! The Whites store in Medicine Lodge was very happy to take my order 2 days ago, and I picked it up yesterday.
Seriously your company needs more people in Pratt helping fill these curb side orders! When I worked for Delmer Riney at the old south Dillon's store, he would have not tolerated this extreme poor service.
We'll be doing most of our shopping at White's until this poor service is corrected.

Dillons Being harrassed by an employee

An employee named Jody, at Dillions on E Harry in Wichita, KS, was complaining outloud, her opinion of customers so called hoarding products stating that your stores would not close and people should only buy a small amount of products. I was buying the alloted amount the store had posted. 3 cases of toilet paper. One for me, one for my daughter who happens to be working and can't make it to the store when it opens and my co worker who also can't make it first thing in the morning being a single mother. I didn't appreciate being harrassed, first thing in the morning. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she said they were not in the store so I got her name and i would let her office know. She was working the self checkout area. Just thought Dillons should know. she should keep her opinions to herself.

Chill out, Fawn. It's a Dillon's employee. If their opinion mattered, they'd be on the other side of the counter. Buy your TP and continue on through your day without worrying about the bitter lady at the Dillon's self-checkout.

BTW, if you complain directly to Kroger (who own Dillon's), they'll send you a $20 gift card. (I did once when the fuel station booth employee told me and the other people in line we'd have to wait while they went and got lottery stuff from the main building.) Think of all the toilet paper you could buy!

Dillons Buying food with a check

I went to dillons 3/9/20 and shopped this store for over a hour. And tell the clerk that I have to pay with a check. Because my debt card was stolen and bank had put a stop to the debt card not my checking account.in fact I had just come from wal-mart and the took a check for my meds. And had paid my bills with my checking account. So anyways they decline my check and hold onto the cart full of food like I am going to grab it and run out the door with it lol. I am in my 60s and a cancer patient with heart problems. So they give me this number to call, and say when you get it straighten out please come back? Im think yeah right you have lost a customer for over 30 years and I plan on telling everyone I can about the experince. So the number that they gave me to call says — certgy did not make the decision to take the adverse action and is unable to tell you the specific reason why the adverse action was taken by us? Wow they also want your social security number, bank routing number andyour drivers license number. All is I can say is goodbye dillons and hello wal-mart. And also you need to fire aaron guy is not management material floyd shockley [protected]

Dillons Cashier

Today 11/02/19. 545 pm #13 Blake. He needs to pay attention when his scanning items. If i ddnt pay attention all the items he is scanning ill be ended paying more of what im supposed to pay rather than save money. Ill pay more.. He ddnt even give me a receipt so when i went back to the store and asked gim he just shrugged his shoulder telling me he gave it to me .. I told him i checked my purse. Wallet and the bags nothing there. I told him jist want to look my receipt coz you ve been charging me thrice more than it should be..

Dillons Pushing baskets almost running over 2 elderly women

10/21 around 615pm... Dayton at the west street store in wichita ks was pushing baskets almost running over 2 elderly women / one of which was disabled; as they were trying to get into the store. My husband and I patiently waited and told them to go ahead of us. Then cut off my husband and I as we were waiting to enter the store after the two women. I said to my husband we can go elsewhere I refuse to shop here. Both of us were disgusted by this employees behavior. Then we called for a manager and pam who was rude on the phone, refused to get one. This store has been going down hill. Rude employees! We will go elsewhere.

Dillons Ice maker

We called Dillon Appliance to fix my Ice Maker and they did Not fix it after I gave them $338.00 they Ran. And when I called them the female of the bunch answered the phone and first said, You are going to have to pay $60.00 and I responded with, I am not going to pay a dime. And she said, oh it's only been a month, You don't have to pay anything. So.then she said we will be there Tomorrow..I Haven't seen them. They Never Showed Up! They Are Not A Good Company At All!They Are Liers and they Don't do Good Work At All. They Will not Answer Our Calls But We Will Meet in Court...

Dillons Rude employee

I walked into this Dillion's today expecting to have a pleasant experience as i usually do. The employees are usually very nice and pay attention to what i need. They make sure my experience shopping goes well. However, today i was greeted by Heidi. She was rude and ignored me when I was trying to ask her questions. She seemed more interested in other coworkers than in her customers. She rolled her eyes and acted like she didn't want to be there. That is not the kind of attitude I want to be greeted with when I go shopping.
