Dillons

This incident happened 12/8/23 at the Dillon's in Liberal. We ordered chicken for a Christmas dinner for an organization where I serve as chairperson on the board. Our director called, in advance, and ordered the chicken. She called the day prior to the event to confirm. When she got there, two batches of the chicken still had to cook. She had to wait an extra 45 minutes. The employee was rude. She attempted to talk to the Manager, who told her they were busy and did not have time for her. I am part of another organization in town and ordered chicken in the past. When I went to pick it up I was told that someone forgot to place the store's chicken rider so I would not be able to get chicken at all that day. The chicken is very good but I certainly will not be ordering it again, ever.
