First of all, their ridiculous "need more information" tantrums are quite [censored]ic: the shipper sends a package and pays all customs fees and files all of the form. Why all of a sudden you decided that you want to delay delivery on SOME of the packages, but not the others, because you want more information? Why? Why do you want my SSN along with my phone number? This is beyond ridiculous. Fine, if you want to sell my personal information to marketing companies and make extra billions for your owner, I have no choice. Inspect my attached images. I had filled out all of your ridiculous clown forms and gave you all requested additional information, which you told me in writing that I satisfied all your insatiable appetite for personal information, and you a happy. Twice. Twice you told me that you are good. And then, several days later you put it on "exception" status again?! What now? I really wish from the bottom of my heart for your organization to go broke and close down for good.
