DHL is the shipping company for several items I receive from Europe and their service is one of the worst I have seen. I have had several packages stuck in customs and most of the time it is something needed asap and I have to reach out to them to see why it is stuck. If you call them they will ping pong you around until you give up or you get hung up on. DHL is my number 1 on worst companies to work with for your business.

Recommendation: DON'T BOTHER

September 25, 2025, Package stuck in Customs again; DHL doesn't call or email letting me know they make me reach out to them to find out the reason. When it gets stuck it is hard to get the package moving again and they don't act like they care which is incredibly frustrating. IMO they are the worst shipping company globally.
