1. Consignment delivery in Mumbai, why did this land in Delhi Airport? Why should we bear inland freight from Delhi to Mumbai? Area of concern.
2. 4 times BOE Checklist was amended and provided, however, it is not got finalized yet. DHL team not following our corrected Checklist and therefore clearance we can not give.
3. Since 05 Dec 25, consignment pending. Due to adament attitude of Clearance Support Agent at Unit No. 1 to 6, Ground Floor, Warehouse Block 2, Air Cargo logistic Center III, IGI Airport, New Delhi 110037, we are suffering.
4. Please change the Customer Support Agent immediately and take strict action in this respect.
5. The delay is attributable to DHL hence we will not pay any demurrage or warehouse charges on this consignment.

Desired outcome: I would appreciate a response and quick resolution of finalization of BOE Checklist as per our comments shared and clearance of consignment.
