I made an almost £300 Cult Beauty order last week for delivery on Monday as someone is only home on Mondays, Fridays and Sundays.
On Monday I was told that it was delayed and would be attempted on Tuesday.. I went to change the delivery day online and they couldn't retrieve my info and to fill out a form, there is no form! So delivery was attempted on Tuesday and was left a calling card.
I called up, entered my calling card info to be told that the number can't be found and hung up. I managed to change my delivery day to Friday, just to be informed that my parcel has been damaged!
I have had to get a replacement from Cult Beauty, with still no guarantee that it'll be delivered when I'm home if it's delayed by DHL again. There is no way to speak to a person over the phone or on WhatsApp which is incredibly frustrating as there is also no option to select if you have an issue.
Claimed loss: next day delivery has turned into a week +, very expensive parcel damaged and absolutely no help received.
Desired outcome: i would like my parcel to be delivered and a response. i would also appreciate the choice for my original parcel to be delivered as well so i can inspect the damage for myself.
