My name is dawn neilan and on july 30th at around 6:30p I went to drop off a prescription to be filled. I asked to speak to the pharmicist, erika stetz, to ask about my medication and what happened to it as there was a terrible mix up on july 7th. It seems that my medication clonazepam was filled on the 7th by another pharmisist, and the next day and the day after I was told by ms. Stetz that no it was not filled due to the fact it is a controlled substance and it needs to be called in by the doctor. I went without the medication, clonazepam, for several days because I was told it was not filled. I finally picked up the medication and the date on the bottle was the 7th. So, it was there for several days and I went without it I could of had a seizure, the withdrawl was tough. My point is that I asked ms. Stetz if it was filled and she said no. I approached her with a firm but yet professional attitude and asked her how did this happen, was it in the bins? She became most unprofessional and raised her voice at me telling me she takes her job seriously and I am wrong and I have a bad attitude and I get along with everyone. I stood there very upset, I am a diabetic, with some emotional problems and here is a professional who kept berating me in public I was so ashamed. I signed the log book after receiving my mom's script, I bid her goodby and she snared an evil snare at me. Of course this is my own observation, then she kept on verbally berating me as I was walking down the vitamin aisle, mind you the public still standing at the pharmacy, she would not let it go. I feel she created a hostile working environment and she made me quite ill. She made me feel so upset and I know some of the pharmacy staff, they looked very uncomfortable. I will not return there again

Because of its classification as a controlled substance, Ms. Stetz was not legally able to sell your script to you. It sounds like the label was printed on the 7th but she did not hear back from the doctor that day. It is your responsibility, not the pharmacists, to make sure that the doctor calls in the prior authorization.

It seems to me like you're a little too dependent on this drug and it's effecting your ability to type without the caps lock button on.
